Hollow Metal & Arch Hdwr Ltd

I'm in the process of renovating a wall which is on hold until I can get the proper measurements for the new door I have to build. I have called 3 wks ago and left a message. They did not respond. I called 4 days ago and a random person answered the phone explaining that he will sent me all the info and quote to my email. That didn't happen. I went in to their store and asked for assistance or at the very least measurements so I can move forward. Instead they said because I couldn't give them a name of the person I was talking to they couldn't help me. I am not a client. I have not been given any service. They simply said that they would have someone call me today. Well thanks Hollow Metal.

I called Hollowmetal in the morning and spoke with Don. I was extremely happy that he and his installer came to my apartment building with in 15 minutes of my call. I had a broken security door. So they understood my need to have it fixed. They accessed the problem and we're able to fix it that afternoon. Looking forward to having them do more work in the future. Thank you Don & Jibb for helping in such bad weather.Patricia
