Dentist on Dundas

I have been patient at Dentist On Dundas since they open at 2018. The Dentist and staff have been with the office since day one. They are kind knowledgeable and experience and have the top of line equipment like Laser and oral cancer screaming equipment i have never find in any of the Dental offices i have been in. The office is clean and hygienic and have top of the line sterilizer their infection control is impeccable they have air cleaners after they resume to work during corvid. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking a professional and knowledgeable office. Me and my family are happy and call them or go see for yourself. we Love DENTIST On DUNDAS.

(Update: half a year later and the failed root canal that was caused here has still effected me long term. i needed to get my failed root canal tooth extracted, and that ended up causing further issues for me which still have not been fixed.)I know this is a long post, but dental work is expensive, and bad dental experience can effect you mentally. So I want to help others avoid wasting any money if possible and avoid stress. So please take the time to read before you make your decision of going here or not. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review online(you can check my profile to confirm)Let's start with the good. The receptionist Isa is nice, and friendly. Isa always has a caring and welcoming attitude.Let's get into the bad. The dentist. I have seen 10 different dentists in the past 12years, and I have never had a bad experience before.... well that changed.When it comes to being a dentist something important to have is empathy and care for your patient over your own ego. The past dentists, endodontists, and oral surgeons I have been with get tremendous satisfaction out of helping patients. They are trained to get patients out of pain and help them prevent future disease. But here, ego is what drives Dentist Sardashti. I have never experienced a dentist that views being asked questions as a burden.Since day 1 basic questions have been viewed by her as an attack on her integrity, she gets mad if you dare ask any questions(simple ones), and mentions her 21years of experience. So i decided to shut my mouth and just let her do her job. Ever since i have been having post surgery complications my further questions, and concerns have always been viewed as a nuisance by her, she always has one foot out the door when i come in with concerns. She makes claims about how things work that no other dentist has ever made, and because of her ego I have a hard time speaking up for myself and questioning her when she does this.I have never been so stressed in my life as i have been the weeks following my surgery at this place. I can't sleep at night because of this stress. My head hurts, my mouth hurts, and all my head thinks about is how the dentist who should be caring for me is instead being lead by her own inflated ego instead to make her decisions, and it leads to more mental stress for me. I do not feel well mentally after my experience here, and i just wanted to make this post to share my story. Thank you for reading.

Highly recommended!Dr Sardashti and her team are amazing!!I appreciate the way she communicates with the patient during every step of a procedure, to make sure everything goes smooth and pain free as possible!I used to live a minute away when I started to go there 2 years ago, and even now that I moved from the neighborhood, I still book my dentist appointments with them :)

I have been a returning patient at Dentist on Dundas for over 3 years now. The team has always been incredibly friendly, and the service even better.Dr. Sardashti is a precise, delicate and experienced dentist in every one of my appointments with her.I received two dental fillings with her that have lasted for over 2 years, much longer than any previous filling which eventually fell out. All other services like teeth whitening and cleanings have been effective and stress free.I highly recommend Dentist on Dundas to anyone in Downtown Toronto!

This place is amazing! I wanted to change of dentist because I'd a bad experience in the past and I'm grateful I found this place. They're professional and really gentle, from the recepcionist to the doctor. How they care for the patient confort is something important for me since I suffer a lot of stress with my teeth and dental procedures. Highly recommend this place ❤
