This is hands down the best a&w I have ever been to. It is brand new, clean, well ran, and in a very convenient location! It has the typical a&w food menu items and I was greatly impressed by the service! I would recommend this a&w to anyone looking for a place to stop off the highway, or anyone who is looking for a good bite to eat, in a good atmosphere!!

I take a disabled man to this a&w every week, and there are 2 young ladies specifically working the counter, and I believe the drive thru. They were amazing. I wish I had their names, because they were so kind and helpful, and constantly working diligently.

We often go to A&W with my Mom, we she likes the coffee, and the breakfast. I like the root beer and the burgers. My Mom has dementia, so her memories are all mixed up, or they are gone. Every time we go to A&W we make a new memory, she may not remember it, but the beautiful thing is we always make new ones every time we go.

Every A&W should get themselves a Kayley. Her service was impeccable. Food her is fresh. Bathrooms always clean. Places looks and feels great. My most favorite A&W in the whole Edmonton area.

Do not recommend. We had stopped in there for lunch on July 23, 2022 around noon and the experience was unbelievable. We had ordered 3 meals plus an extra 3 buddy burgers - 1 for each of us. We waited for 10 mins to get our food, not a huge deal, just not fast. She hands the one bag to me. It was quite a bit of food for just 1 bag so I looked inside, there were just the 3 original burgers, no fries and no buddy burgers. She had scooted off to the back, and took some time to get her attention again. When she came back up to the counter, I asked her if this was it, as our total was well over $40. She replied with isn't that what you ordered? So I asked her where the fries, drinks and buddy burgers were? She stated I hadn't ordered meals, I asked her for the receipt in which she said the order was complete and couldn't access the receipt? First time I've heard of this but ok I guess... long story short, she ended up giving us the 3 buddy burgers and drinks because she remembers typing it into the computer, but said she would have to charge us for the 3 fries as they were not on the original order. I ended up paying for the fries again because that's the one thing my daughter prefers over anything else. This will be the last time I stop at this location. Very disorganized and not very friendly at all, the 2 girls running the front had a rude demeanor. I'm not saying the customer is always right, she read the order back to us before we paid, guess I should have asked for the receipt right after I paid *Shrugs*

Was pleasant but when i arrived home to enjoy..opened my poutine..less then half..cheap a-holes..the one in spruce grove (24hr) A&W..they look after me.
