I went in there and asked for steeped tea with 2milk and 3 sugars and steeped tea are cold and I also asked for an everything bagel double toasted with butter and they gave me 4 cheese bagel that too burnt. She didn’t know what was she punching in and let’s talk about the attitude she gave me while taking my order…oh my god. Management need to look into this and give proper training and need to do follow up with the team.

Cashier was rude never listens to my order. Makes the order all wrong and talks over me. Not to mention the don't know there own food procut menu they're entering in on the point of sale/til/cashout, ultimately over charging the customer. I'd stay away from this location they are always slow and don't make coffee orders correct even after slowly repeating the same order 3 times.

I was waiting for the stores to open so decided to stop by Tim's. The staff were friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well lite. Most of the donuts were stocked. Not too busy, many seats available.

Pretty much every time I mobile order here, I walk into the mobile order pickup area and the employee response is 'oh, do you have a mobile order?' at which time they then START to make the order I placed up to 10 minutes earlier. So much wasted time, basically stopped coming here.May 22 - exact same thing happened, will keep updating, almost amusing how bad the service is

Honestly tim horton went from one of my favorite place to now the most place I hate to visit...no matter which location I go to now .. all staff are rude. Not sure if they train them this way or they just hate their job...2nd nothing I ask for and they have their answer is almost always we don't have it and at the end I get totally something different from what I ordered ... so I think soon enough I will stop going there

I went there today . Ask them for ice coffee refill. Employee name dianna was very rude and saying i will not refill it . I will charge you regular price ... it's only 10cents . But u need to know what customer service is and how to talk .

WORSE TIM HORTONS LOCATIONS. I never write complains unless I’m extremely dissatisfied. Long story short, they messed up a huge order ($45.00 worth) the ladies explained the head manager refused to fix this issue and offered to give us 6 donuts instead. When we opened the box, they gave us 5 stale donuts that tasted SOUR. Do better Tim Hortons. The manager played a huge role in this. At least could have fixed our order. Kids were involved in consuming something they aren’t able to. Not happy at all. Will insert a picture as well.

Been here a few times, finally reviewing it, it's your typical Timmies, drive thru can be busy, prepare for the wait, but generally a good Tim's, one very loud type manager or someone who wants to be a manager, Enjoy the free Wi--fi
