Generally really good customer service, fairly good sharpening service aswell if you need a good edge put on a blade and aren't confident enough in your own abilities

All my kitchen knives have come from here. Excellent quality with top notch selection of brands. Mostly Henckles for me, but they had this really cool Japanese cleaver style knife that I just had to get. #1 knife in my kitchen now.

The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and kind.They were cogniscent of my interest to learn and understand the products which caught my eye. I especially appreciated their intuitive ability to know when the time was 'right' to step up to ask if I had any questions. Never needlessly persistent which often distracts the Customer from their goals.I especially appreciated Liz; she wisely invested a balanced approach of her time to deal with, and for Me. Still assisting other Customers as they appeared. Very helpful and able to inject a bit of humour as I continued being impressed by items I was unfamiliar with, as well.Thank you.A good day shopping.

I've been coming to this house of knives since they used to carry swords and odd knives from craftsmen, I've bought quite a few knives from here over the years and a stage combat sword.They held up over the years that I had them.Since then, I mostly come here for cooking utensils and the like.All the staff that I've interacted with have been very helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend coming here if you want a new kitchen knife and equipment to care for them.

Had the best experience at the store. The staff didnt bother me at all. (Total Sarcasm).The staff at the counter was so busy with her computer that she didnt look up to say hello. May or may not have bought when we walked in.Definitely didnt buy anything because of the staff.

I came into this store today to buy my fiancé a knife I told the lady that worked there my other half likes knives and to help me out I described a type of knife and she responded with if you come into this store saying this people are gonna look at u like your crazy.. keep in mind I know absolutely nothing about knives she was so rude and made my experience here horrible I ended up buying a knife but I’m extremely bothered by this interaction.

I come into house of knives very often for my knife and cutlery needs, and I am happy to say that I have never been disappointed in the service there. Crystal and Stephanie are specifically the best sales associates within house of knives, and they always leave me with a smile on my face, as well as more knowledge. I hope to always have the level of service I get from Crystal and Stephanie within every aspect of my life. A big thank you to them, they are the best.

Excellent Service always. Dropped off 3 of my favorite daily use kitchen knives on Tuesday, May 10th at 5:45 pm. The very next day, on Wednesday May 11th, , I received a call at1: pm my knives were done and ready for pick up. This store is a local treasure.Less then one day Service. Unheard of in this day and age. Bravo! Of course at times, it may take longer. This is my experience of Excellence each timExceptional service. Price is Extremely reasonable. $. Visited their webpage, selected 12 different knives, then visited the store to view them... only 3 of 12 knives were in stock. The clerk was nice enough, but said I'll have to order from their website. Question.. why would I order from any website other then Amazon? They have my visa on file, they deliver right to my door and they have a great return policy. House of Knives management, please wake up! You have some stiff competition here! I was trying to support you by shopping at your retail store, but you had such a slim stock. Conclusion... I actually hate Amazon and will do anything to not support them. I ended up returning to your store and buying a knife. I also bought one from the Leatherman website.

Very knowledgeable staff and a great selection of knives and various kitchen gadgets. They do tend to be on the expensive side, but they have really well priced knives as well. If you're looking to up your knife game in the kitchen then definitely come in for a look and advice.
