This shop is SO beautiful!!! Lots of clothing selection! Everything is displayed so neatly and the customer service was above and beyond! I found a beautiful dress here that I was able to try on before purchasing!! Would highly recommend!

Just when you think you've seen everything their little store grows larger with so many unusual and wonderful treasures. I'll come back to Tobermory just to visit this place

Very disappointed in how Shelley dealt with a legitimate complaint.A pair of slippers I bought there, which I wore for only a week, started to break down with the finish peeling off. Since I lived too far away to bring them back I sent her an email describing the problem with photos of the shoes. This led to a phone conversation in which she said a refund could not be issued unless I mailed the defective shoes back - which I did.I heard nothing after that and could not reach her.She seems very proud that her business has lasted 27 years. Most of her customers are tourists and she can get away with ignoring complaints even if legitimate ones.SHAME ON SHELLEY.....

Owner didn't greet us. When she overheard us talking about how rude people were, she made excuses for how owners are stressed. It's not hard to be kind to people who want to give you business....Unfortunately will not be going back

Could have spent alllll day shopping .Beautiful clothing gifts and souvenirs. A little bit of literally everthing .sales people were friendly efficient great range of prices.Definatley best shop in the cove !!

My partner and I took a road trip with our dogs and we made a point to check out pet friendly businesses on the main strip. Right from the get-go, they were very accommodating with our dogs, and chatted with us for a bit. Very positive atmosphere, very unique products, very friendly staff. I had no intention of purchasing, but I was really drawn to their sustainable model. Most of their clothes are made from 100% cotton, or hemp (from what I saw), and they made me deviate from my typical wardrobe, and I don't regret it one bit. The items I purchased are very comfortable and high quality. My partner also looks great in the sun dress she picked out. I wish they had an online storefront I could order from. I think they had a website, but their hosting is either expired or down. Would love it if they could get that sorted out and have online ordering so I could give them my money.

Nice unique store in tobermory. Owner is the true gem of this place. She runs a good ship!

I love this boutique. I could gladly work here and be paid in clothes. I always come in for a browse when we're in the area and I rarely leave empty handed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful too.

Amazing clothes, just amazing. Pretty expensive though. You can find similar things a lot cheaper but the place has a small town natural feel. Average sweater is $120 which is quite pricey.

Evil people running this business!!! Awful experience ruined my entire vacation!!! Manager insulted me and personally attacked me! Wish I could give negative stars! Manager dealt with my return so unprofessionally made my daughter leave crying! Disgusting! This was at the store!
