401 Dixie Volkswagen Service & Parts Centre

A BIG NO NO.. AVOID AT ALL COST!!401 Dixie VW so far has been my biggest disappointment and regret till date. I booked my Jetta with them in Jan, which I was promised to be delivered by the end of Feb but instead of giving me update on my car, I was forced to call them every week asking about the ETA of my order. I mean they have absolutely no regard to customer's time. Nobody bothers to inform the customer about order once you pay advance and book the car.Not only they didn't deliver me what they had vouched for in the beginning, their sales head Chris Smith made false promise every week to give me car only to break it the following week. Chris Smith is the reason why I don't trust any sales person now.Long story short - Till April, I was not even given the VIN of my car let alone the car itself. Had to cancel my order in the end and get the refund. Wasted good 2.5 months of life listening to their excuses and cunning ways to exploit their customers. If you want my advice, go anywhere for your car but 401 Dixie VW.

My Tiguan engine light was on, I was told I had to pay $1200+ just replacing a part even though it's under extension warranty. I refused to do so. But they still charged me $150+. When I called another dealer, the technician guided me to fix the issue by myself!! Never go here again, bad service plus extra $$$$$!!! Looks like they are really hungry for money!

He is very knowledgeable and handled all the details behind the scenes. I highly recommend this dealership and especially dealing with Rav if you’re looking for great customer service and expertise.

I go to this dealership regularly and the staff is very friendly. They are very good with their time estimates and always keep you updated on any possible work required on the car. The payment is contact free and the process is very easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership.
