I want to thank all sleep management group in Bruce St. staff. I amazed your approach to the customer. Almost three months the patient staff followed my record and gave me suggestions about my sleeping hours. They did not insist me for selling CPAP machine, every time first they focused my satisfaction. I am highly recommending this company. Thank you Jenna, and your sleep management staff.

Not a good experience. Machine didn't work for me so I had to return it. Received E-Mail that I will be billed $150.00 for the trial if I don't return it asap. Company already new I was returning device as I had a previous conversation about the return . Do not feel comfortable at all. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastic experience. Went in today to pick up my first ever CPAP machine. There was no weight, the appointment was right on time. Staff were very friendly and informative. I filled out the emailed forms a couple of days prior to my appointment and they had all of the paperwork pretty well done and waiting for signatures. Very smooth and pleasant experience so far.

This is an absolutely horrible company. I was less than impressed with the time it took to get a loaner unit and when I did receive it it was in less then perfect condition and not very hygienic in my opinion. When I tried to use the unit,the settings were unbearable and sleep management group did not return my phone calls for assistance. I had to rely on a respiratory tech friend to help adjust my settings. During my trial, I was out of town and in a remote location with poor communication. I apparently missed a call that it was time to return the loaner unit. The company sent an $800 bill to a collections agency. I have a perfect credit score and don’t deal with collections agencies but would have been happy to return the unit or receive a permanent model. I refuse to deal with this company to deal with my sleep apnea issues.Be aware of this company.

I had my first consultation today and acquired my CPAP machine. The experience was made more enjoyable thanks to the expert guidance and warm demeanor of Hannah. I highly recommend SMG.

The professional and knowledgeable folks at Sleep Management Group in Kitchener have been super-patient with all of my questions and accommodating to my needs. It's been several months since I got my CPAP and I really feel they care about ensuring I got the right device set at the proper level.

This is a horrible company who could care less about your health. This is the worst health care company I have ever worked with in my life. Extremely poor customer service. I had so many problems with this company and they are very difficult and problematic to work with. Home sleep care is far better. Stay away from this place! They also give false information.

As a first time user of CPAP equipment, my visit to Sleep Management Group was friendly, informative, and non-rushed. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience! Thank you Mark for taking the time to fully explain the equipment, options, and insurance billing to me. I am glad I chose them as my ongoing supplier.
