Food is good. Customer service is why the 2 stars! I went last Sunday ordered takeout, couple drinks. Paid ahead and tipped. Minutes later I'm told their grill caught fire and no meat can be cooked. So they said they'll refund me. I asked for the food and I'll take the pop. We'll after I realized that they kept the tip! Seriously you didn't even give food!!!! Just the food and tax was given back! Not cool at all!!!

This is a Bosnian supermarket which serves ethnic foods. A gentleman (owner?) and a very kind lady (Borka) helped us. We ordered few items but found foods not to our liking. All sandwiches are basically grilled fatty ground beef or sausage in a bun with no sauce, cheese, tomato, lettuce or anything else (maybe this is the way it should be) but service was friendly.

Overall a nice European food experience. Some unique foods like smoked beef and chavapi.Fresh raspberry donuts have a beautiful chewy crust to it. Smoked beef is their specialty and a must try. Cabbage rolls aren't bad. Pretzels are pretty, but a little dry. Meat Burak is delicious and delicate pastry.Staff could be a little warmer.Nice to see that this place has become a meeting place for people wanting a taste of home.

Love this place! My new go to spot. Since moving to Oakville I’ve always gone to Monestary but the staff there is always rude & ignorant, no parking and they close early.Decided to give Mrakovic a try and just WOW! Not only is the store super clean and bigger than it looks, the cappuccino’s are SOOO GOOD. They have everything from groceries, deli meats, butcher and you can also have lunch with a nice spacious area to sit in.I ordered lunch as I was shopping around, ended up trying the chevapi’s, burak and veal sausage. It was DELICIOUS!!! So happy these are available to purchase frozen and make at home. The staff here are sweet and warm, super helpful.I highly recommend giving this place a try. Will definitely be using them for catering services for future family gathering.Bonus, TONS of parking!!!!!

We had an unplanned, awesome and spontaneous date at this place because of their warm service! Tried Turkish coffee for the first time, and the owner took time to offer some historic context. Desserts we tried were yummy (we love anything sweet so we are biased).
