I went to this store out of covinience. Usually, I go to their other location. I went in today, knowing that shopping will be different. I have absolutely no problem with the rules and whatever. BUT I do have a BIG problem when immediately I walk into the store and get yelled at. And yes, it was yelling. Loud enough to make others around me turn to look. She did not do this to just to myself but other people too. Funny enough though a pair went in there and I expected one of them to be sent out and they didn't. That really bugged me because I felt singled out. I have never in my entire adult life been treated like this. I appreciate the stress of having to get people to follow the rules, keep everyone safe. I don't mind. I'm willing to do whatever keeps everyone safe. But to be yelled at and humiliated, I will never come back to this store. NEVER. Online shopping for me from now on.

The staff was extremely off putting and not helpful at all.

I find the women are often very abrupt, rude and outdated also. Through the pandemic I gather it's been difficult to keep stock and then having poor service on top I've decided that I am done going to the 8th street location.

Great bunch of people always willing to help you find the best products for you and your clients.

Parked in the lot here to get lunch at another store next door. The owner of this salon came out and was demanding I go to another parking lot? She seemed upset that I might be shopping at a toy store a couple of doors down. Don't know what's going on here.

I’ve shopped at the 8th st location twice, both times were a nightmare, as well as the phone call I made to the store the other day. Every single lady whom I’ve interacted with in this store, and on the phone, flat out make it clear that customers are a complete disturbance and inconvenience to them. I called to ask a question about sanding bands, and explained that all brands specify if it’s “standard sizing” or if their bands are exclusive to them. I asked her to check the package, she told me “I’m looking at it RIGHT NOW, and it DOESNT sooo.. I don’t know what to tell you”. I physically had to drive down and come into the store yesterday to check myself, and guess what? The answer was right on the package like I told her it was. If you don’t like helping customers, or are going to profile customers based on their appearance, you shouldn’t work in retail.

It's not for public only for Salon.

Always great service and products. Doing a good job during the pandemic.
