Adrian was so nice and friendly. He gave me an awesome haircut. It was really a wonderful experience indeed. It looked so good.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible cut and dye job. One stylist was absolutely rude when constructive criticism was offered. Definitely not worth the money

Wow 10/10 would recommend! My stylist Paige was fantastic and professional. I was offered espresso and water while my hair set and the owner even came over to help blow dry my hair. Beautiful place I’m so relieved to have found my new hair spot.

Even after booking on short notice, my partner got in and got a fantastic haircut by Cosimo. He will definitely be back ! Highly recommend this salon and Cosimo for haircuts!

Booked online for a short perm/cut for a 10 yr old a week ahead. Confirmed appointment. Drove to Thunder Bay from out of town only to be told by the hair dresser that he does not to perms, and their was nothing they could do for us. Couldn’t even fit my son in at any time to their mistake. I was told I booked for a colour and I showed the email said perm. Waited in the lobby for over 20 minute just to be turned away. Receptionist was rude and did not seem to try and help or reschedule. Very unprofessional. Luckily another salon was more than welcoming to fit my son in last minute. Will not return. Make sure to call and make sure they book correctly if coming from out of town. Or coming from anywhere.

It was one of my best experiences. I had an appointment with Ashkan today, he is very professional and have very good manners.Highly recommended.

I’ve spent decades trying to find my go-to salon in big cities across Ontario. While recently in Thunder Bay, I booked a hair colour / highlights / cut on a whim with Paige Backstrom: hands-down the MOST talented stylist I’ve ever met. She also takes the time to listen to what you are looking for, while adding her own expertise. I will have to fly back to Thunder Bay for my next hair appointment!!

I booked hair highlight/ haircut with Paige and I can’t be more satisfied with the result. I have thick black hair and she spent patiently almost 4 hours to do her magic! So talented!
