Essex & Suffolk Limousine Hire

We used Essex and Suffolk Limousine Hire for a day out in London for birthday celebrations - and it was simply the best! Phil was great to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, ensuring a stress free and fun day out was had by all. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use again. Jennie.

What can I say about Phil other than he’s a complete charlatan. Booked with this company, then Phil called and cancelled last minute for no real reason or real explanation that could be believable. Booking with them has been a complete let down last minute for a very important event. I would urge people to avoid them at all costs. I think Phil needs a bit of training in customer service or this business will fail with his communication as front of house. I was clearly cancelled because they could make more money out of another booking. Good job I write for trust pilot and other useful forums for consumers out there!

We booked one of Phil’s limos very last minute after we was let down by another company 2 days before my daughters birthday. Phil was more than helpful, he was very polite and kind over the phone that instantly made me feel more calm after panicking I won’t get a replacement in time. Phil was on time and more than happy to help . Nothing was a problem for him even when we asked him to detour because everyone needed the loo. It was honestly one of the best evenings we have had, my daughter and her friends had the best evening. Such a lovely car, friendly service, Phil went above & beyond for us. The inside was decorated with banners and balloons as well. Definitely recommend and will 100% be using this company again. 10 outta 10 service. Thank you Phil.

We hired the white limo for my Daughter and her friends prom. Communication with Phil was great, always replied to my emails. Phil arrived when he said he would and they had photos taken with their friends and the limo inside and out. Phil was very friendly and they arrived in style. Thank you so much.

We hired Essex & Suffolk Limousine Hire for my daughter's 21st birthday - Phil was punctual, organised and informative (traffic issues on the day, had worked out alternative route to avoid arriving late at destination) - limo was decorated with our choice of coloured balloons, music collection was a little outdated for 21yr old, but allowed us to use our own music, provided our own bubbly to add to the experience.Phil was very accomodating and was happy to take photos of us to remember the day!Thank you Phil/ESLH

ZERO stars! DO NOT USE - even if you book way in advance, like I did, they will cancel you as soon as they get a better offer. I was told lies about covid and seen no proof about why he cancelled me 2 weeks before party date. Very upset 8 year old for her party.Other places I phoned desperately after have told me it’s a busy prom weekend and Ascot and so I was definitely cancelled for a better offer!!! Not happy at all especially as Phil was so so rude to me I could not get a word in at all and then he turns it around saying I’m being rude when I couldn’t even say anything. Awful man and awful service.There’s some lovely limo companies out there that told me they have heard a lot of complaints about Essex & Suffolk but people are too scared to write a bad review. Go with Norfolk & Suffolk aka Diamond limos instead or Silverline and they will look after you properly.**Update- Can see by his reply below what an awful man he is - He called me and spoke at me -stop lying Phil!! you told me if I interrupted then that would be rude and U would have to hang up… so I just kept quiet whilst u just talked at me! Other people have booked that limo on that day so he is lying! I gave him the chance to prove it before I wrote a review! He said it didn’t matter about a few odd people’s reviews because he can basically always get business with his other good reviews! Honestly not a nice man at all - please spare yourself this awful nightmare!

Phil helped us out last minute with Limo hire for our wedding - my wife and daughter loved every minute of the experience and Phil went the extra mile by taking us to some photo spots prior to our wedding. We will defiantly be booking again soon for our next special occasion!
