Great spot for student housing! Only a 10 minute bus to campus and pretty affordable too. Haven’t had many issues with the house and staff are very quick to come check anything out and fix it.

The staff was always very helpful. Its great student housing and a good price being close to school and providing the shuttle. Rooms and common areas very spacious.

My daughter lived here for one year, and couldn't get out fast enough.The place was filthy when she moved in, and there were broken kitchen doors, the dishwasher didn't work, some repairs took 6 months to complete and required multiple calls and emails.The Marq loves to try and get tenants to pay for things like water heaters - which is illegal.They also insist on dramatically early notification if you are not renewing - not a concern in this case, but definitely extra pressure on students.They clearly know that they are in a position of authority and that most students won't bother to push back.They also make up random reasons to enter the unit. My favourite was a furniture check". No

Loved the staff! They were amazing with maintenance and quick with coming and fixing everything. Had a good experience!

Great place to live. Cheap rent, friendly maintenance staff, and free Starbucks gift cards from time to time!

Management is very iffy. Very poor handling of our move-out situation and many maintenance requests were not attended to for the first three months of our stay. Our unit was not cleaned prior to our move-in date, which resulted in us doing most it ourselves and disposing the garbage and mess of the previous tenants. Improvements were made during the second half of the year, with several phone calls becoming more friendly over the course of our stay. However, if you are thinking about moving out, the MarQ becomes very insistent around Thanksgiving weekend, so be prepared to make a decision quickly.

Living at 1 Beaufort is such a great experience for people used to the country. The Thames River runs right behind the east buildings and make the middle of the city feel like the back country. The maintenance guys are also super friendly and make sure to help with any maintenance tasks with efficiently and in a friendly manner. (The pic is one of our cats in the trees by the Thames)

The Marq is a great place to live for a student. Very close to campus and everything in the house works smoothly.

Great place to live! I had a few troubles moving in concerning the furniture in my room, although the issues were fixed promptly and the marq comes in for frequent maintainable checks. Would definitely recommend living here!

Pretty great place to live. Rent is quite affordable, the neighbours are very friendly and maintenance is handily in a timely manner. No complaints here
