Nursery De La Future Etoile Inc

Dès l’âge de 5 mois, ma fille a eu la chance de fréquenter la garderie la Future Étoile. Une équipe chaleureuse, aimante, travaillante et dévouée. Ma fille était très bien encadrée et aimée. Tous les matins, elle avait hâte d’aller à la garderie, où elle a appris à s’exprimer, partager, respecter et écouter les consignes, être responsable et indépendante et surtout à être autonome. Elle a acquis toutes ces habilités grâce au travail acharné des éducatrices débordantes d’amour, d’énergie et d’affection. L’esprit d’équipe qui règne dans ce milieu de travail procure le bien être aux enfants. Il favorise leur développement global. Je ne remercierai jamais assez les éducatrices et la direction de s’être occupées de ma petite perle. Bravo les éducatrices, je lève mon chapeau pour votre excellent travail.

Amazing place would recommed it

Our son went to Future Etoile for almost 2 years. The educators here are a bit rough and want to discipline kids under 5 for everything they do. They forget that this is a place for kids to have fun and they shouldn't be screamed at whenever they don't pick up their toys for example...Some days our son wanted to go there with his pyjamas. He was told that he shouldn't be wearing pyjamas at the daycare, and when he cried, the educator asked my wife to leave. Perhaps if we want them to do something, we should have a better approach and kids will listen. We felt this place was a military compound and everyone should obey.It is too crowded and the staff are either impatient or tired of dealing with these many kids at the same time. We witnessed in many occasions that they were speaking loud to kids. Kids also cry sometimes and the staff are not calming them down, but rather left alone. In more than one occasion, my wife stayed behind and heard our son cry but no one calmed him or comfort him.Our son didn't talk much so they just let him play alone and ignored him...and in his agenda we read everyday that he had an excellent day...The staff turn over is high because of the jobs stress and the management. They were mixing younger kids with older kids in the afternoon and let them do whatever they wanted. Our son was with one educator in the morning and in the afternoon was shuffled around. Many child psychiatric are saying that these kind of change can be damaging to young kids, however the management think otherwise and says that it is actually good for the kids to be exposed to different educators.Our son did not learn any French or English and his educator at the new day care asked us why after two years he can't make a complete sentences. At the new day care she brought a specialist to help accelerate our son's learning, and after only two months he is able to have a meaningful conversation. The specialist told us that our son may have been traumatized and therefore blocked communicating. He also developed stutter in his speech whenever he is shocked or afraid, but it goes away gradually.As a father I blame myself to ever leave him alone at this place. Do not make the same mistake I made. Find another place that has less kids and care about your kids, not your money, and someone who loves what they do...My son actually said today that he didn't want to come home at the end of the day at the new daycare. He would however cry in the morning before going to Future Etoile and saying he didn't want to go.

Thank you to all the educators and owners of the daycare for the amazing experience our daughter had during her years with you! She was treated very well, loved and well prepared for kindergarten. We were even congratulated for how well she adapted. We owe a great part of that to the daycare’s staff. There is only so much we parents can do, but with the open lines of communication between the two,this was in my opinion the key to this success.This is also our son’s last year at the daycare and we will be sad to have this chapter in our family’s life over. He is so happy every morning and has lots to say about his day every evening. We can only hope that he will follow in his sister’s footsteps with his transition to kindergarten. But I am confident that the educators he has spent the last few years with have given him the proper tools to succeed.Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my kids!!!

Ma fille a eu la chance de faire partie des enfants qui ont fréquenté la garderie . Elle a appris beaucoup de choses au sein de la garderie la future étoile, elle a développé son autonomie , elle a appris à ramasser les jouets après chaque jeu, à s exprimer avec des mots, à respecter le tour de rôle et surtout à passer ses journées avec de la joie et du plaisir. Je tiens à remercier toutes les éducatrices de la future étoile qui sont formidables, dévouées, chaleureuses et qui sont ,tout simplement, extraordinaires. Sans oublier la direction qui est toujours à l écoute des parents et elle tient à coeur le bien être de chaque enfant.

Mes deux fils ont fréquenté la garderie de la future étoile de 1995 a 2005 ,le premier contact avec la directrice nous, ma conjointe et moi, tout de suite donner confiance en cette établissement !! De savoir que nos enfants sont sous la garde d'educatrices dédiées aux bien être de nos amour a fait en sorte que je recommande fortement cette garderie !!!

Mes deux enfants ont fréquentés la garderie jusqu’à l’entrée à la maternelle! Ils ont toujours adorés y être! Les éducatrices sont professionnelles, à l’écoute des enfants et des parents. Les interventions sont toujours bien fait et des comptes rendues journaliers sont donné par l’entremise de l’agenda. La garderie est structurée, la nourriture excellente et la direction est hors-pairs. Je recommande cette garderie à tout le monde!!
