I've been shopping here for 15+ years and it feels really good. It's the best way to reduce packaging on everything from hand soap to shampoo to household cleaners, and avoid fragrances and chemicals in your everyday household products. And your saving money. It's a no-brainer. The new look is great too!

Love the quality products and refillable jugs and bottles. I usually get the unscented detergents. Prices go with the quality product though. Other favoured products Red Marvel for cleaning bathrooms etc where there is soap build up. It works wonders without hard scrubbing. I also use the enzymes for odour removal as I have sump pump in the basement. Great products.

I love the Victoria Soap Exchange! I go in there quite often for refills and eco-friendly products. The last time I went in I felt very awkward and uncomfortable when asking for soap refills. I was dealing with the older woman who I've never had issues with before! I just left the store feeling like I was annoying her in some way...

High quality, non-animal tested and well-priced cleaning products sold in refillable containers. Pay a small deposit ($1 to $2) and return for a refill. A small selection of local soaps and essential oils make this a well-rounded shop. They also have a carpet cleaning rental system approximately $65 for two days of a rental including their high quality cleaner solution. In my years shopping here I’ve always found the staff to be extremely helpful, authentic and knowledgeable and proud of their products. Avoid an overflowing recycling bin!

Environmentally friendly cleaning products that are great quality and less expensive than toxic products. A tub of laundry detergent has lasted 9 months! Crazy. I bought many products and am happy with everything. They were very helpful as well. A win win situation for the environment and your wallet.

I initially met Wes and his team to help with their branding and marketing, but I quickly became a fan of the store, what it stands for and the quality of the products it offers. I have transformed my own habits in the process, slashing the number of single-use containers I buy, and embracing refillable cleaners. Wonderful, encouraging people who know their stuff and make the experience of visiting one to look forward to.

Don't bother renting a carpet cleaner if you don't want to be talked to like a child by their patronizinly rude staff. I had cleaned my carpet cleaner after return. I forgot one compartment with a tiny bit of dirt, when she came out she was rude and was like did you even clean this?" Then I said yes
