Ron's Lawns

Sadly stuck in the Stone Age. Living now in the 21st century, and looking to make everyone's life easier and simpler, I tried to pay Ron's Lawns for the year's treatment in advance with an e-mailed funds transfer. Well, their accountant, Katie, first replied that they did not accept e-transfers and to not assume" and send it without asking first. However

Disappointed to say I agree with the above rating. This is my first time using their services, I was under the impression it was a one time payment for the full year of services, rather than a reoccurring payment every time they come. They only accept cash, the guys come and do the work on the lawn then put a bill in the mailbox and than leave before you can provide them any payment. I now have two outstanding invoices from the two times they came in May. I tried to call them over a dozen times about giving them the money but unfortunately they never answer or return voicemails. I am not disappointed with the work they have done to my lawn however I do not want to chase someone to pay them money I owe them??? Rons Lawns please return my voicemails so I can pay you for your service. Thank you
