Edmonton Police Service - Northeast Division

Big thank you to the officer who helped me file a report after my vehicle had been broken into. He was kind, honest and very helpful. I wish I had caught his name. Actually made my day better even after having my wallet stolen.

Had a great experience coming in today after my car was hit. So grateful for the kind officers at the front who were patient and helpful!

Worse experience ever. Cops are all lazy and think everyone is a criminal. Just had a few questions and officers were extremely rude and didn’t want to work. Hours are posted till 8pm or something I Came in at 5pm officer told me to come back tomorrow in the morning because he didn’t feel like working. I was the only person there. That’s on top of him rude arrogant manners. Extremely unhelpful. Would never go there again. They give all police a bad name.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called in Tuesday about a regular clothed officer coming to my house who flased his badge so quick couldn't even write down the #s and when I called in, they gave me the wrong badge number to an officer that has never shown at my address before and after coming in today and dealing with a sarcastic, narrow minded clerk at the front desk. Couldn't give me a straight answer was more concerned with what this has to do with my EPO... and then had the audacity to say oh its not my buisness when I request the right one. This is the exact reason why I dislike you guys. Honestly I suprised your precinct still even runs with how ignorant your guys can be, you should be completely defunded and looking for different places of work if that's how you wish to act. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is how trust gets misplaced, I don't even know if a legitimate officer even entered inside my home or not because you can't even give me a straight answer to who it was. Bunch of liars and overglorified buck passers. Absolutely disgusting.

They actually treated me really nice. The cells are nice and the rooms are not that bad either.The food is not bad. The handcuff was a bit tight but it does the job. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely go back if I get a chance and recommend it to others loool

I’ve been here a few times over the years and have always been impressed with their professional manner, concern, willingness to listen and kindness. I’ve also been able to access different services from the Division to help assess areas in the community - again, they were great to work with! Keep up the great work, thank you to all those that serve and protect.

I visited this Police Station several time in the past and I didn't have anything to complain. Lately things in my life were really going south and I do not feel good about it I am depressed etc. I found myself in situation that I needed advice from someone who knows better than me and have experience. I was afraid of possible ID theft. I visited this Police Station for help. Waiting time was acceptable. Gentleman (Unfortunately forgot his name but I remember black shirt and tie and business suit). From moment he called mu number it was obvious that he is there to help. Hi listened to me carefully checked out document I brought then checked out something on his computer and told me I don't have much to worry about but just in case to check my Credit Score and keep documents I printed out. He assured me that if needed there will be help for me. More than anything else hes behavior helped me and brightened my day. He did his job professionally and politely. he treated me like human being and didn't minimize my concerns. He probably doesn't have any idea how much he helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.:)

Got a hit and run and had to take off work to report it. They were more interested in talking to eachother about Mercedes (while blatantly seeing that I'm at the counter waiting after they called me up) than putting the 10 minutes in to help. Made a bad situation even more annoying as it's really evident where their heads at.

Came here to report a hit and run on my car. The officer who helped me was incredibly nice and very professional. She even went the extra mile to help me with directions. Of all the police stations I've been to in my life, this was by far the best experience. Highly recommended.

Worst police station to file a report or do anything officers at the front desk are horrible they do not know how to talk to people are extremely arrogant and do not know how to deal with people. Why get a job where you know you will be dealing with people on a day to day basis when you can’t do it in a proper and satisfactory matter. Filed reports through professional standards branch and am waiting. The problem is officers get away with things like this and it keeps escalating until something really bad happens.
