3 people at the cash which includes manager. They all standing around while people in line except for 1 girl who was serving everybody by herself. Kudos to her and shame on the manager, stop being so lazy.

Social distancing was in effect, great store in general, but sadly their inventory in my size in store is rather limited. I usually shop online from L'Equipeur/Marks

3 staff on the floor and no one greeted me or asked if I needed help, I had to ask. Then checking out, cashiers were not really caring for wait time and took their time to do their little stuff before serving customers waiting.

They have good stuff. Products are of great quality, but pricey when not on rebates. Thankfully, rebates arrive often to even it out. Good return policy, used it once after 2 months, and no problem at all. Be sure to check store availability, some stores don't have the same brands and or sold out all of the reduced priced items

To get service, I had to go in the back store to find the clerks that sat around.Plus they left a guy in training struggling at the cash.So after a long time waiting, I just left disappointed leaving without the boots I needed.

I got here at 9:30, because when I called yesterday they said it would be open at 9. Good thing I looked online because they actually open at 10am. When I left my car at 10, there was a note saying they’d open at 10:30-11am. For one, there should be a day’s (at least) heads up before you change your store hours and give a specific time, we shouldn’t have to wait for 30 minutes for a store to maybe open. This is extremely unprofessional. Once they finally opened the doors , I waited 30 minutes In Line, the debit machine didn’t work. Overall horrible experience, I do not recommend this Equipeur.
