Took them a month to respond to my request and then when I finally got an appointment nobody answered the connection on either attempts, the first attempt and the rescheduled one an hour later.My appointment was finally done 2 hrs late I have the original emails so call me a liar all you want, I never touched the the time zone why would I when I live in this province. Yes I have paid for your service but I still stand by the fact it took took a month to get the appointment and then it was 2 hrs late from the original time.
