Nice store. Not busy for a Saturday morning. Prices are a little higher than superstore but in the produce area there are several products that are marked 50 percent off. I found mushrooms and cheesebread. Yum.They also have self checkout.

Price is a bit more expensive than Superstore, but close to my place, and service is good, place is clean.

WARNING TO PEOPLE WANTING TO RETURN ITEMSThey don’t allow anything to be returned! Whatever their policy states on their website it is ultimately at the “store’s discretion” so as an example if you look different they won’t return your items.FULL STORY:On December 22nd I went in and bought 4 boxes of Tylenol Cold daytime thinking I bought Tylenol Cold nighttime. When I came home I realized the mistake and thought I’ll return 3 of the 4 the items the next day. Since 5 out of 7 of us are sick in the house we could use the Tylenol Cold daytime. But as we all know the weather took a turn and it was snowing again on the 23rd.So I thought tomorrow the 24th the roads should be ok. We drove out on the 24th and made it safely to the store. I walked up to the counter and the Asian employee understood my mistake because of the blue stripe on the box can be mistaken for the nighttime medicine. The employee was about to start my return when a Caucasian employee gave me a judging look and quickly informed the Asian employee that they cannot return the items. The Asian employee apologized and waited for the caucasian manager to come and explain. The manager looked at me and said they cannot return the items due to the guidelines that they were told. I asked “where does it say that I cannot return over the counter drugs?”. The manager proceeded to show me the return policy (that the only drugs that are “final sale” were “prescription drugs”). The manager stated that it falls under the same name “prescription drugs”. The manger also said that I could have tampered with the items so that is why they cannot take them back. While this is all happening I can see so many people staring at us. The manger made me feel like I was trying to scam the store and that I was a bad person.I contacted the company and all they did was send me a copy of their return policy that also ONLY states “prescription drugs” and not over the counter drugs. But at the bottom of the policy they wrote “The exceptions are at the store’s discretion”. That means their policies hold no merit if the store can do whatever they want.I’m ok now with keeping my purchase now if I don’t have to deal with their subtly racism.This does not mean the other independent shops are the same.

Great grocery store; good selection, has a pharmacy, bakery and deli and prices are substantially cheaper than Save On Foods across the street. Friendly, helpful staff and even have self check out kiosks but beware no cash accepted at these; cards only. If you need cash back it is available from any cashier or customer service. I recommend shopping here.
