Terrible bus service buses are always late but 47 regent bus they come early and drivers complete their schedule times at Tim hortons or smoke break and we have to wait for next bus in this cold weather.

I load the money at Shoppers for next month. When June 1st comes. I take the bus the peggo card didn't work. I have no choice to walk more than 30 minutes to the nearest Shoppers. After check they said I need to call 311 to deal with it. I called 311 and due to 5th June. It's still not working. I go to school on weekdays and part time on weekends. I have no choice to buy 10 paper tickets to take bus everyday. I don't know when they will fix my problem and how many extra money I will spend on bus. Now I have paid 28. I need to buy more paper tickets though I have paid monthly charge But I can't use the card.

Today I was waiting at harkness station for 66 city hall(416) at 9.27 am. Driver didn’t pay attention that someone is waiting there he was just worried about red light and he ran out immediately. He didn’t even stop for a second. Because of their irresponsibility people could be late for their work or appointments. That was really bad experience.

Got a brand new Winnpass card on July 6th at Osborne location and loaded $20 to it. Today whenever I try to use the card on the bus, it says card misread". It only took one(1) day for the card to become useless and I got stranded at Charleswood despite paying for e-cash because my card decided not to work. Why do I have to pay more for something I already paid for?"

Worst city transport. Buses are never on time on weekdays and on weekends its terrible. Its really not possible to live without private cars in this city. Worst place to live just because of transportation. Where are all the taxes and public money’s going?

Worst Public transportation in canada. Every buses are late. Always late. And most of the drivers are from India specially from punjab. And they don’t even have any knowledge how to talk to a passenger.

The buses never show up on time especially 33 that is suppose to come at stop# 30898. This happens everyday. Everyday the bus is late and that not only by 5 or 10 mins, it’s usually 30 to 45 mins late. I don’t just understand that why we are paying so much money every month for the transit pass when we have to call Uber every time. I wish I could rate Winnipeg transit 0.

It's no surprise that even the city's transit office cares little to none about customer service.I thought I lost my card and didn't want any one using it so I statused it as lost. It was found at my building within the hour so I went back to the website only to find no option to reactivate? I call them, thinking this will be something they can easily fix since it's only been an hour, but was told I would have to go in to an office location to reactivate my card.I then WALK +30 minutes in MINUS 30 WEATHER, near tears, only to be told there's nothing we can do but here's a bus pass to get you home".At the very LEAST they should have offered to replace my card for free for the misunderstanding and for the MAJOR inconvenience to me.I'm absolutely disgusted with this entire experience."
