Vikramjit was amazing to work with for my mortgage. He anticipated all my concerns and was proactive in providing answers. This was an overwhelming experience and he was there to hold my hand and guide me through the process with the utmost patience. No one else in the market was able to get the mortgage done for my investment property because of some issues with the property and also because of the geographical location, but Vikramjit stood with me and kept on working tirelessly for about 6 weeks, going from lender to lender, until the mortgage was finally approved, and coordinated with the lender, and the lawyers till the moment, the funds were actually received by my lawyers. To put in few words, he was more concerned about my mortgage than myself, and made sure that the mortgage happens and I do not lose my $20K deposit. On top of that, his professional fees was very very affordable and turned out to be even more much cost effective since there was 10 times more time and effort involved in my mortgage deal as compared to the everyday mortgage transactions. I found out that he was not working for the money, but for his passion towards his profession and for his sincereity and concern towards his clients and community at large.A consummate professional.
