Apotheka is such a wonderful business. The Herbalists and Acupuncturist there are incredible, thoroughly trained, knowledgeable, compassionate and welcoming. They can create you a custom formula for any need. It also has a sweet storefront with locally made products to purchase.

Michele and team are fantastic at supporting my health and healing journey, with detailed sessions and custom herbal blends that have made a big difference for me, ending several chronic issues I’ve been struggling with.

I love coming here even just to check out what's new in store. The environment is very welcoming and the staff are so lovely. Their quality herbs are my favorite part. The calendula is vibrant as well as the red clover blossoms are dried perfectly. You can tell the horsetail and chamomile is fresh and hasn't been sitting on the shelf for years. Their current rose petal stock is also amazing! Really the best quality I've ever seen.

I love coming here! My favourite place in Victoria to get dried herbs and tinctures from. The staff are great and sooo helpful, they have an amazing selection of herbs, and try to source them as locally and high quality as possible. After my last doctor's appointment and a recommendation for yet another prescription, I decided to research an alternative. During this search I was directed to Apotheka and found it was only a couple of bl;ocks away. My first visit was extremely beneficial and I left with some herbal tea to address stomach issues. The staff was very informed and I must admit, I have not felt so good than in the past 8 months. The formulated Gut Healing Tea has settled my stomach issues, basically returning my health to 8 months ago. While there I discussed what might assist my wife with her sleep issues. The staff suggested a herbal tea called Deep Sleep and after the initial trial, my wife was amazed and thankful for a great sleep. We mentioned it to a neighbour who also expressed problems with sleeping. She walked over, purchased some Deep Sleep tea after discussing her situation with staff, and now she is sleeping so much better.A big shout out to the staff of Apotheka on Johnson street in Victoria. After a free consultation, Riley (a certified herbalist) created a custom tincture to address anxiety, pain, and spasms from a neck and shoulder injury. The tincture works better than I'd hoped. No more muscle relaxants, and way fewer pain killers. Apotheka offers wonderful care, professionalism, expertise, compassion, and products that work. Their remedies are healthier than over-the-counter pharmaceuticals from the drug store. The people at Apotheka worked with me to find the best fit for my needs and my budget, and are a pleasure to deal with. I feel much better and am very pleased and thankful!

I have been dealing with health issues and the medication that the specialist prescribed me was making me be all cloudy. Went here they give me two tonics. Since than my symptoms have gone down 2x and is now bearable and I am sleeping more and gained all my way back

A very welcoming space with staff that are very helpful and considerate. You can take your pick from dried herbs or tinctures, but the herbalist on staff can also make you custom blends to help you with whatever is going on. Plus they have a great selection of natural bath & body care products! I love popping in to say hi and learning more about botanical medicine :) The owner, Michelle, is a delight, very helpful and her intention for the shop is to help people - you can feel it when you're there! Would recommend anyone to just check it out!
