Teak's Lock Service

I don't usually give 5 stars, to me a service has to be exemplary and go above and beyond to earn my 5 stars. Teak's did this and I didn't even use them. I got myself locked out and was in need of a locksmith. Of course all the locksmiths are busy and I was referred around until I landed on Teak's.I was stressed, couldn't get into my place and no one was able to come for days. Teak's responded to my message with a text. Asked me to send a photo of the lock and when I said I wasn't there yet, responded that they were trying to help me on the phone because they were an hour away and were very busy.This was amazing to me. He didn't charge me, didn't ask for any money, he just tried to help the best way he could.If Teak's does this as a matter of course for someone that wasn't even a customer, I think you're in good hands and the next time I need something like this I will call them again.Thank you

It seemed as if every door in my home had a different lock, and out of all the keys I had, I couldn’t find any that matched. One call to Teak’s and Tim quickly keyed the locks the same and left me with spare keys! I found him trustworthy and friendly. Whatever lock or safe you need services, Tim is your guy with the tools and know-how. Thanks Tim!!

Highly recommend! Tim’s attention to detail and work is nothing short of impeccable. We hired him to install all new door handles and locks on our new building and I couldn’t be happier!We will absolutely use Teaks again, and again!

Bike key was lost and Tim tried to get the picks without success. The dealer was going to charge almost $300 for a new ignition set. Tim found one online and sent me the information and said he couldn't make one for that price. Will definitely call him again when I am in need of a locksmith!!!! Thank you Tim!!!!

We locked ourselves out of our family vehicle a couple of winters back when we were packing for a Christmas vacation. It was about 8:00 in the evening and cold with temperatures near zero, wind chills to minus 20 or better, and blowing snow. The vehicle was running and I can't remember what had happened to the spare key. Anyhow, Tim arrived promptly and worked in the bitter cold, blowing snow, and darkness for at least 15 minutes till he got the door open. I'm sure he could have opened it a lot faster if it had been warmer and daylight. Thanks to Teak's Lock Service we were still able to drive overnight to North Carolina and escape the snow and cold temporarily. Great Service! Would recommend to everyone.
