Customer service over the phone was easy and professional. They were able to accommodate us in a short period of time. We had them come for a portion of our home and we were extremely impressed. In the last two years the carpets have been “professionally cleaned” by two separate companies and there were stains left behind making us think they were permanent. The technician came in and vacuumed and treated the “permanent stains” first before beginning the carpet cleaning process and they came off. I was completely shocked. We asked them to come back and finish off the rest of our home. It only do our carpets look, smell and feel clean but they look brand new. They saved us hundreds if not thousands from having to get our carpets replaced. We definitely recommend them and will be calling them again for a yearly clean up.
