I am eating 4 stars because the doctor that I have is absolutely amazing and incredible, she will listen to what I have to say and take immediate action for my health concerns. The reason for the -1 star is because of the reception calling. It took me 1 month to get through to the phone main office, every time I called it was busy, or when directed to the automated robot , when you dail 0 to get through directly, they don't answer. If i leave a message they usually call back which is a good thing. But booking appointments is extremely difficult and I wish my doctor was at a different clinic. If they had a system that puts clients on different lines and have them on hold instead of straight to busy signal, it would work out for the patients. The receptionists do thier job correctly and often I feel bad for what they have to put up with from patients being angry at them.

We have been going to Dr. Chacko and our extremely happy with the service. I think once you understand their process. The best thing is for the first time in my life my blood pressure was normal within 4-6 weeks of intervention.

I used to go here but had to find another doctor due to the insane wait times. Good luck getting through to them by phone, when you do get an appointment for 2 weeks from when you're sick you get standing room only in a waiting room busier than a hospital.Recently some of the doctors left leaving many patients without doctors. I know people who were prescribed opioid painkillers then were dropped when those patients that have become addicted.

The doctors are good but the front desk is worst . I see lot of reviews that they speak bad and do not respond correctly and put your call on hold for a long time. We are already in a pain and call them they make the process so tough . In my case they went above and beyond of not taking the call that i make from my phone number and when my husband calls from his number they pickup the phone .my number is registered to their database and my husband number is not. They take only new calls and wantedly disregard the patients calls . Like what the hell type of clinic is this . Absolutely disgraceful . Most important thing that they do is put you call to hold when you call and never return. Once i was on hold in my phone and when my husband called his call was answered while i am in hold . This is ridiculous ..! What type of clinic do that. This is not a one time incident it has happened all the time i call them .

I've been a patient for 27 years. Ive ended up going to the youth center and now walk in clinics because I'm over the age to go to the youth center. I CAN NEVER get through on the phone. Today i finally got through for the first time in months and the lady told me my Dr is no longer there and i can't get an appointment until they find a replacement which doesn't help my ear infection I've had for at least 4 months and can not hear out of my ear any longer. I need to see a specialist but its hard to get a referral when you don't have a doctor.I do not recommend this place the girls are rude on the phone if you can even get through now I'm on the hunt to find a new doctor which is very hard.

Very poor standard of health care. Doc is running a health clinic with limits to what you can ask and does not take the time to listen to patients.

They are really good with cleaning and easy going and really nice stuff and doctor dia is really highly recommended and really gentle with his work

We finally changed Doctors. The doctors a very friendly (my husband has been a patient since childhood) but their practice is way to big, they can't keep up with the patients, phone lines are constantly busy, if you get through to leave a message no one will call you back, and then when you have an appointment you'll have to wait an hour and a half to be seen.

I have been going to this clinic since I was about 3. Now I have two kids and they are now patience of dr. Sheriff. My son is autistic and has had some serious health complications this past year. I don’t know what I would do if I did not have Dr. Sheriff. He helps my kids at least once every two weeks. He understands our health situation and always ensures to call us and tries to provide the best service over the phone the same day. Even if it is 9pm. I honestly don’tKnow what I will do when he retires. He’s been the best doctor and the greatest help to my kids that I could ask for. I never realized how important easy access to healthcare is until I had kids. Something I surely took forGranted before.

I have been going to this medical clinic since I was born and when Dr. Lo was my doctor. Unfortunately, since he left this clinic has gone downhill completely. Not only have I been passed around to the other doctors when I need something and still haven’t been able to find a stable doctor, but what really bothers me is amount of attitude that a couple of the receptionists give when asking questions. It is unbelievable and SO unprofessional. It’s very rare to speak to a receptionist that actually supports you. This medical clinic is becoming a money grab and a joke.
