Creature Comforts recently converted our old oil furnace and hot water tank system to an electric heat pump, and Grant, Chris and the rest of the team were amazing from beginning to end. They explained everything before the project began and worked with us to provide the best solutions. On the day of installation everything was coordinated beautifully, including oil tank removal and an electrical upgrade. The team were professional, courteous and completed the job expertly. Chris walked me through the new system afterwards and answered all my questions. We couldn't be happier with the results, and I would highly recommend Creature Comforts!

Our first experience with Creature Comforts was last June when they replaced our A/C unit. They were courteous / professional and honest. We were very happy with that experience. Recently, we had an issue with our furnace and we were thrilled that Clayton was at our house within 2 hours. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once again, it was a wonderful experience! Our experience with Creature Comforts has been nothing but wonderful. They replaced our AC and furnace last year, and Grant was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew came on time and did an effective job.We've now had them back for annual maintenance and when I called to book the appointment they had all our information at their fingertips. The company provides excellent communication confirming appointment times and letting you know when their staff are on their way. It's a pleasure to deal with them.

The end to end experience with Creature Comforts was amazing. Dale provided a great sales experience, right sizing the furnace, AC, and water heater. All for an unbeatable price. Installation day was well communicated in advance with regular updates on the order status. Install was well orchestrated with many (I think eight!) people working to complete the project on time. The system was well explained afterwards, and I got help getting everything connected with my home automation. Support this local amazing Burlington company! Great experience!

We had Chris, Joey and Blake install a new Bosch heat pump and furnace and couldn’t be happier. They were on time, polite, very tidy and after the installation showed and explained everything to us. Great crew. Dale was great in providing several options and provided a detailed quote. I would recommend them and use them again. Great job guys.
