I was in the market for i watch 7, called the store, the gentleman answered the phone speaking clearly , friendly and ,very upbeat! Informed me that they did not have stock, however I can place an order and gave it in a few days. So I did just that, went into the store and paid for it. Then I was given the option of picking it up in the store or if it was more convenient, he can arrange for home delivery. So I chose the latter. What a great experience, doing business with The Source.The Source and their staff know what matters, customer satisfaction!Thank youGentlemenUpdate: My watch arrived !! and it arrived a day early !!!

I had a problem with my cellphone SIM card which I could not solve online, so I went to The Source for advice on how to proceed. In the event Erin solved the problem and also got me on a different cellphone plan that gave me much more data for a lower monthly fee! Excellent customer service and product knowledge

Today, I had the pleasure of going to 'The Source' to replace my phone after 4 years of use. Erin walked me professionally through the process making it as simple as possible for me to understand everything. She also found I was eligible for more data at a great price. Finally, Erin took the time to take ALL my information from my old phone to my new phone. So, this technologically challenge individual left the store ready to use my new phone.

Picking out new phones was a breeze! Erin was incredible to work with! Derek was amazing! So friendly and helpful. His female coworker (sorry I forgot her name) was just as friendly as him. When my 2-year-old son had to come with him, Derek put on cartoons and she made a paper airplane for him to keep him. So he was entertained enough that we could set up our phones. There's also Kevin, just as friendly as everyone else and even took the time to watch my son spin in a circle because my son asked him to

I had been to 2 other stores before this one and neither would or could help me. 30 seconds at this store and the associate took care of all my needs. Super helpful! Will definitely recommend to anyone needing help with their electronic devices. Thanks for saving my sanity after failing to be helped for a fairly simple transaction!

Went into the The Source today to upgrade a phone. Derek D was such a big help. He was super friendly and extremely nice. The process was easy. All the staff was super friendly and nice but I do have to give a big shout out to Derek D he did a great job!
