Awesome candles, creative and innovative owner and super kind staff. You can tell the owner puts her heart into everything she does and selects complimentary items to fill the shop with much more than candles. It is a must stop in Thunder Bay.

Waxxed makes the BEST candles and creates the most perfect scents. My home and vehicle smell amazing thanks to them!You’d think a candle shop wouldn’t be kid friendly, but they truly go above and beyond with their candle decorating station. My kids absolutely love decorating their candles and displaying them at home. Thank you so much for providing that for the kids! Kate is such a gem, we are so lucky to have her in Thunder Bay!

Best candles in TBay- hands down! All of the scents are unique and smell so so good, and the burn time on them is really great.I also really appreciate that the shop carries some items other than candles such as room spray, reed diffusers and car air fresheners. I also think it's wonderful that they sell items from other small businesses.It's always super cute and clean inside the shop and the staff are very kind and welcoming.
