Nettoyeur Daoust/Forget à St Laurent - Montréal

I’ve given them many chances, but they are just terrible. Stains are never removed, pressing is terrible, they lost my shirts twice, and they burnt my shirts twice. Staff is rude. Whatever you do, stay away!

I’ve been going there for years it is overpriced but I encourage them.Lately I had a horrible experience.I did put 2 coats and 2 dresses. They called to say that one of the coats needs fixing and they gave me a price to fix it. I told them to go ahead and do it.When I came to pick up the coats on Tuesday I realized that they charged me the double to fix it. The lady persisted in saying that I was wrong.They also have a rebate for caa members and it is on my file since I’ve been going there for years.She did not apply the rebate and also persisted in saying that it was not in my file eleven though she’s the one that confirmed that I have caaa when I dropped off the coatsShe said that she cannot do anything even canceling the transaction and doing it againShe was very rude

Overpriced, horrible customer service and very poor quality.

I brought a leather coat to this store in September 2021, and was told its going to be ready by October 2021. It is now December 2021, each time I go there to get updates on it, they keep saying they cannot find the receipt, and then comes back a few minutes later saying it is being kept in another store which happens to be unreachable by phone. They even go as far to say that since its a leather jacket I can still wait until summer 2022 to get it....I cannot believe I have to wait for an entire year to get a leather jacket cleaned. No guarantee on when I am getting back my leather coat, or if I am ever going to get it back...At this point I feel excuses are being made to hide the fact that they lost my leather jacket.

I came to the store at 5:54pm on Tuesday June 21, the staff told me that the store closed and come back tomorrow. I wasn't happy with the attitude of the staff and I told her it is only 5:54PM and your signage shows close at 6:00. Very poor service. Never come back again.

Horrible service & customer experience. First and last time I'm doing business there!

Upping my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Service has improved this year and clothes are ready on time.

Disappointed with the service, first off they didn’t have change in the cash so had to split the bill to pay. Then my wife had sent a coat with a belt, the person there at time of drop off had told her that they can clamean the belt. When I went to pick it up the belt wasn’t with the coat. The woman there had told me that it’s normal that the belt is sent at a different time and not with the coat...she as well had told me that if a suit is sent out to clean that the jacket and the pants are sent back seperatly. Needless to say it’s a first for me to hear of such a practice as that. Almost felt as I was being taken for stupid. I doubt that I will be going back there.
