Over the holidays our washer failed, we were fortunate enough to meet the team at Brubacher appliances. From the front office to the service team, everyone was super professional. The repair was challenging to say the least and yet we felt like we were in good hands. Originally I was quite disappointed that a new appliance could break so quickly but knowing that Samsung has a great team backing them up makes me feel better about our purchase. Thank you Jenny and Bob for helping us.

From parts to service, Brubacher Appliances have been able to assist me with replacing my Fridge and Stove, and repairing my washing machine, even small do it yourself parts like ordering me in hinges to change my fridge door to open the opposite way. They have provided me with wonderful service overall in the customer service department as well as their techs when performing the repair on my washer. With great prices to boot, I will continue to use their service in the future for my rental properties.

We own a Samsung refrigerator with an ice-maker. The owners and the technician have been amazing in trying to figure out the problem with the ice-maker. Even if it took a few times to figure it out, they persisted! I really appreciate their perseverance!The technician is very personable and knowledgeable. He called letting us know that he was on his way.Thanks again!

Five stars... convincingly! The office person was up front with the cost of the service call to diagnose/repair, and the cost of a second visit if a part had to be ordered and installed. These are flat rate charges. No surprises. They came when they said they would. The serviceman Bob was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He did a number of tests to zero in on the faulty part. The price of the part (a Samsung PCB Main Assembly) was quoted shortly after by the main office. It arrived expeditiously and was installed immediately. Nobody wants their main appliance to break down, but when it does you want an honest and reliable company to deal with. We are extremely pleased with Brubacher.

Had the technician come in today as our brand new dry wasn’t working! Called GE and they said that someone would call me with a time to come look at it…. This business went above and beyond my expectations…. The lady would called me her name is Julie was pleasant, kind and reassuring! I highly recommend this company for all your fixing needs !

Awesome ServiceAfter a very disappointing three weeks dealing with Comerco for our extended warranty, Comerco told us Friday that they found someone to repair our LG refrigerator. The same afternoon Brubacher contacted us with an appointment to repair our LG refrigerator on Monday.They called just before arrival as promised and showed up on time. The technicians came into the house diagnosed the problem and began repairs. They had all the necessary parts to fix the issue with them. They were very professional and courteous. A very satisfying conclusion to what began as a nightmare.Refrigerator is working awesome... Would give them 10 stars if we could. Would most definitely recommend Brubacher for appliance repair...Thank you !!
