Extremely high quality ingredients that gave my body energy while on the cleanse. Anthony and his staff are quick to respond and answer any questions you have about the product and pick up times. I did the 7-day cleanse and it was amazing. In the first 3 days I lost 5lbs, and then several inches off my waist, hips and thighs. I had so much energy and my sleep improved. The greatest part was the taste and how surprisingly delicious everything was. I loved it so much, that I ordered more to continue for a little while longer. Really impressed with this business!Absolutely love all the juices and smoothies; very clean, very refreshing, very nourishing.Anthony does a great job at creating fresh smoothie recipes and developing a line of energizing and healthy snacks... these ginger, tumeric chews are exceptional and definitely next level! I am really thinking picking some up yesterday would have been wise. Yet that just means another trip to the 'Saug is in order.I have yet to try the protien balls, yet my guess is they are just as amazing as those ginger chews and all the smoothies! If you are thinking about trying any of the cleanses please give it a shot you will not regret it. I did the ultimate liquid cleanse +detox twice. I loved it so much the first time that i knew I wanted to do it again. The biggest take away for me the first time was that it really helped me go to the washroom more regularly. I am not a regular person and have never been even as a child.The second time around was just recently. This time my partner joined me and we did the same cleanse but the individual bottled system, which by the way is such a great idea Anthony. its time saving and its good to know that you can just grab and go no meal prep if you will be out of the house for the day. the first 3 days were difficult because my partner has never done a liquid cleanse and he is a big guy who is used to a certain amount of calories. I was worried about him and expressed that to Anthony and he did not hesitate to get on the phone with me to figure out what was bothering me. Anthony walked me through the steps again and we realised I was forgetting a very impotant one. THE PUMPKIN SEED POWDER. I thought it was already mixed it was not! So please do not forget that step if you choose the pre bottled option. The rest of the days went by smoothly once we used the PSP. my partner and I had more energy through the day. he lost 8 pounds in the 7 days and is down two more , two weeks later. his skin looks lively and he is full of energy. He got used to the routine and finds himself going to the fridge to look for his shake!! its safe to say that the good habits have continued. These are by far the best smoothies, juices and protein supplements! They’re made with high quality ingredients and taste SO good. The customer service is also amazing. If you have ANY inflammation, try the immunity booster. After my husband had surgery the combination of fluids recommended was instrumental in getting him off medications. My children ages 12 & 11 love the protein shakes and other drinks for breakfast. I also bake and cook with the pumpkin seed protein powder to help with my low iron. Highly recommended!
