I arrived five minutes early for a 9 am appointment. Two stylists were busy with clients so I called out “good morning” and sat down to wait my turn. I was booked with Sarah. Nobody acknowledged me or spoke to me again while I waited. At 9:30 I got up and left. Terrible customer service.

She knew right away the problem I have with my hair (so darn bushy I look like a tree) she did an awesome job. I love her energy, personality, and kindness too. Plus she is the only one there since COVID, so it must take a lot to stay upbeat?
