The manger over there accused me and my friends for stealing with absolutely no proof. We never did that and never had the intention too. Plus I'm pretty sure it's illegal to accuse someone if you have no proof it's completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Shop here frequently. As usual satisfied with the inventory and overall store....Only one negative comment on my last visit. Many customers not following the isle direction arrows pasted on the floor and staff notice this but don't enforce it. So either politely remind customers to follow the signed direction or remove the arrows altogether.

I saw mice running around in the store and when I notified the cashier she said “Yo, qu’est ce que tu veux que je fasse” in a really rude tone. Afterwards, she went on saying the boss knows and doesn’t care. I was pretty shocked by the attitude.

Just bought a clock. It was on two different racks at different prices. I took it off the lower priced rack without seeing the other. When it rang up at a higher price, the manager gave it to me at the lower price but refused to comply with the Québec consumer protection law and give it to me free. Unacceptable.

Employees still keeping reminding clients about Covid-19 measures to take inside their stores and i like it. They sanitize client hands at the entrance ss well as carts. Yet, most of clients do not really follow these guidelines while shopping :( Hmm ...
