I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this stylist in order to warn others. If I could I will give ZERO starI recently had a very disappointing experience with this hair stylist i found online as I am new to London Ontario. Unfortunately, she was completely unprofessional throughout the entire process, and I would not recommend her service to anyone.Firstly, she cancelled my appointment at 11:30 PM, when the appointment was scheduled for 9 am the following morning. This was extremely inconvenient, as I had explained i needed the service because I had to travel out of town and made arrangements to ensure that I could be there on time. (Also inappropriate to text a client at 11PM)Furthermore, the braider's phone was turned off on the day of the appointment, which was a major red flag and indicated fraudulent behavior. She had my wig hostage at her house as I was told to drop it 2 days before appointment and didn’t care to make arrangement to return my wig. I tried to reach out via text message, but she stopped replying when I requested a refund of my deposit due to her cancelling at such short notice.In addition to cancelling the appointment at short notice and not responding to refund requests, this stylist also stopped picking up phone calls. This added to my frustration as I was unable to get any explanation or resolution for the cancelled appointment and the deposit I had made. She is still hasn’t refunded my deposit as of today and It is Clair that she lacks basic professionalism and customer service skills. I strongly advise against using her services.I hope that my review will be helpful to others in the future.

she installed my first wig on me and i left looking so good! she is so nice and sweet i would recommend her to anyone who wanted to get their hair done!

Absolutely amazing experience with MJ! She not only did a perfect job on my braids but was a very nice genuine woman to talk to. Keep getting compliments on my hair everyday. Will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Got a wig install, is one of the best installs I’ve ever gotten. Service is so fast and efficient and affordable. Very entertained throughout the whole service that it went by very quick, hairstylist is very professional and nice!

Maddy is my go to hairstylist for me and my 3 year old! She’s so amazing and patient with children. She offers almost every hair service, which is great for when I want to switch up my look, and they come out perfect every time! She always asks me throughout the service how I like my hair to ensure I’m getting what I wanted. She also sells and installs wigs which are amazing quality! She’s my go-to girl for everything braids and wigs!!!
