After a hit-and-run, I brought my jeep to Carstar on Topsail Road. The staff were very friendly and advised me right away that my car was unsafe for the road and had me in a rental. They had my car fixed faster then expected and I was very pleased with the repair. Upon pickup, the technician (I believe his name was mike) was very professional and polite in explaining everything he did with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

I've been waiting since September to get in to fix my car the damaged they fixed is garbadge paint is wore off runs in paint the dent popped back out and they refuse to fix it everytime I have to bring it back for repairs they tell me the person who fixed it is the only one alod to work on it and he's sick everytime I went to go check the car they were more concerned on having a bunch of people in the garage like 10 at night make your customers a priority and stop scamming people

Amazing receptionist !So friendly and nice to me . The body shop out back did amazing job on fixing my car and even cleaned outside and inside of my car . I would 100 percent recommend Carstar . Thanks for the amazing service and work you all did :)

Hit and run repair covered under insurance. Damage on Ram 1500 under passenger door. Common vehicle, common repair. The work was horrible and rusted quickly. Because of insurance I had a lifetime warranty" on the repair. When I brought it back in they gave me a hard time but said okay to redo the work. They re-did the work but it was worse then before. I had to pay for a rental the second time too while it was in the shop. Anyways

Had a major repair done few years ago. Recently a tail light they had replaced was coming off of my truck , I figured they would live up to their gaurentee of taking care of it as per their own company policy of doing so as long i owned my vehicle. Not so, I was treated like a criminal who was trying to pull a fast one on them. Manager and a staff member were very rude and crude. Take your repair needs somewhere else, others have much better reviews than this place. you have the right to choose "."

If I could give a higher rating I would, this place did a fantastic job with my car and had it done quicker than they had originally told me. The staff were excellent to deal with and the location is very clean and maintained. They even buffed my entire car/washed it. Very impressed overall!

Terrible service, submitted a insurance claim for body damage and waited a whopping 16 weeks and called for an update on the claim. I was told they never did order the parts required. Frustrating experience to say the least especially when management gives you an excuse of being understaffed. (Not the customers issue) would not recommend.
