I got here at 4:40pm and the clerk was very unfriendly and yelled at me. Also complaining that she is off work and it's my fault she can't get off work even though her off time is 5 pm

Wors. Customer service by the lady Name:- MIRA Was rude and abusive , she wasnt polite whereas she shouted at the people. Not at all satified with her service .

Always busy and short staffed. Nightmare. Always have to line up for ages and it doesn’t matter what time of the day. They need two people working there at all times. Get you act together. Garth post office much better in Hamilton.

Worst customer service ever! Lady gave such a bad attitude and behaved so rudely. The old lady was even making bad face. I have been to this place before but never faced this issue. But this lady named Irene was very bad at customer service.
