Donnie and his team are awesome! Everytime we go there we receive nothing but exceptional customer service, they are very knowledgeable and I am always satisfied with my purchases! Dear Sir or Madam;Over the last 3 days I have received excellent service from multiple different staffers at your Cornwall Centre store in Regina, SK, and I thought it appropriate to bring their outstanding efforts to your attention.First, Bansal gave me extremely helpful and detailed information on the wireless earphones I had purchased from him previously that are now in need of service under the extended warranty I purchased. Then, Bansal gave me additional assistance on the specific style of new earphones I am looking to purchase.Finally, for the hat trick, Bansal then called me the next day to answer the key query he had to put to his manager. Fortunately, that query yielded good news, as they were able to find the exact same earphone for me at another store, and arranged to have it shipped to the Cornwall Centre store by next week.With that positive experience under my belt, I returned to your store the next 3 days, with additional purchases all 3 days. The excellent service on those subsequent days was from Meep (which was the name on his name tag, although a slightly different name was on the receipt) and Varry.Varry was particularly patient and helpful with my purchase of 3 pair of Jaybird X4 wireless earphones plus 2 year extended warranty for each.I have purchased small items at your store in the past, and i must say that I have received top quality service each and every time. I have traditionally always bought my electronics at Best Buy, but the high quality service I have received from your Cornwall Centre store makes me open to buying more items from The Source in the future.Keep up the good work.Don S.

We've purchased three phones and a Galaxy Watch from this store with the help of Shaizad for the past 7 months. I keep bringing my family members here because I know Shaizad is always willing to help us get good deals and provide us suggestions on which device is worth buying. He is very knowledgeable and his service is always above and beyond which leaves a lasting impression on his customers! I high recommend!!

Vandit was awesome. Store has 3 staff and 3 customers and Vandit was the only one helping customers. Staff forget customers hear conversations so it was not work related chatter. It’s Christmas- hope they work on commission! Do better !

amamzing service was provided by meet, he was really very helpful and got me the best plan for my new device and plan. he is willing to go far and beyond to help any customer as i saw when i was in the store and the overall experiance was easy going and good.thank you meet.

Sadly .. over the last decade.The Source has become a small Mall" version of what might best be described as a mini- Best Buy!That is NOT a compliment!The transition from the "old" Radio Shack" ... to this generic cell phone

Paid 28 dollars for 2 aaaa batteries, and they try really hard to turn you over to bell

I got a new connection with bell and got a new Pixel 6a along with it, got a great deal. Shaizad helped me a lot during the transaction. Would definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for a new tech.

Yesterday I stopped in for a power bank to change my phone while I was shopping. The staff were so great and helpful-that I left with a new phone!!!! Bansal is so helpful - and doing a great job soaking up every bit of info that the fella (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name/ it started it “sh”?) training him had to offer to him. The energy and positivity that the team had was lovely to be around. I can honestly say that they went above and beyond the standard of customer service. I don’t even live in Regina, But I’ll be making the 3 hour trek each time I need a new phone from now on!
