So every time i go in there, i am shocked at how little they can actually do.. they can't take payments, despite phone rep manager assuring me they should be able too. They cannot order me a galaxy smart watch... they just can't" lol They can't do any kind of price match on new activation.. you must call and get a rep there to do for you.. ok.. so I was about to leave. the rep was great

I went in there today to get a new phone after mine broke. The guy there was completely useless. He was unwilling to do anything for me, told me I should just do it online.. definitely just because he was too lazy to do it. I asked about adjusting my internet service as well, he told me he was too busy and he'd call me back..This was immediately after i was speaking to him about my broken phone, which could no longer receive calls..shocked by the service. Dude should be canned, Im going to a new provider.

Not necessarily anything bad about the service here. Just avoid using Tom Harris resellers in general as they will rinse you compared to a Telus corporate store. ie $22 for a SIM card vs Free at a corporate store. Same with promotions for phones and plans. I’d only go here as a last resort.Update: Received a new SIM card free of charge from a corporate Telus location.

Excellent service and extremely knowledgeable. Staff were managing several different customer needs at the same time, with one staff member in training and the other was new. The manager did an exceptional job at minimizing wait times and patiently managing everyone’s questions and concerns

I hate to do this, but here it goes... Over the past month, I've been in there 4 times to get a specific phone, which needed to be ordered. TL:DR - I never got the phone I wanted and the guy running the store seemed like he had a very short memory.I told the guy that I'd be back in 2 weekends to get the phone and he told me that he would call me next week" to confirm that the phone was ordered... "Next week" came and went w/o a phone call. Two weeks later I called to see if it had come in so I could come by and get a new phone and plan. The guy on the phone (I believe his name was Parm) sounded flustered and said he'd call me back "in two minutes"; he never called back
