Rider Express Station

Buses at riders are clean and good…!!! Usually on time…!!! Also drivers are good too…!!

Just came from Regina to Edmonton. Great customer services by drivers that are working on route May 13. Helped with luggage and nice amount of breaks in between. Seats are very comfortable.

This couch company I would recommend to anyone taking the bus through Alberta and Saskatchewan if there were more stars I'd give them

Just had an awful experience. Booked an 8:15 ride from Regina to Saskatoon on Sunday November 6th, at 7 received an email stating that the bus was delayed until 11:15. No biggie. Tried calling many times to confirm and check for updates as bus update page was useless. No answers whatsoever. We got to the station for 11:15, waited until 12 and no bus. No one was in the office because of the bogus office hours even for a Sunday. Finally we got a hold of someone in the Saskatoon office who told us that all busses were cancelled because a bus was in the ditch. This was not communicated to us at all. Highly unimpressed.

Little bit old but it's just for wait couple minutes. Have WiFi access and some seats for wait.You can buy your tickets here.

Very very very very bad experience. I will not suggest to others to choose rider express. I went to Calgary specially for my marriage’s shopping and while coming back I lost my bag and my shopping was around $ 700-800. But that was driver’s mistake. I deposited my bag in Calgary, when I got down in Regina I went to driver to get bag but my bag was not there. It was with tag . I was not having any idea that I will lost my bag. That was driver’s responsibility he had to check name and only then he had to hand over it to others. When I told him I didn’t get my bag he said am getting late. call to office when I called them they said we need 2 weeks to find it out. They didn’t take proper actions because they know we mentioned only $100 in policy. they said we will give $100 only, am totally depressed now. That was driver’s fault then why am suffering it from.

The ride to alberta was great coming bk ...not gonna lie SECURITY checks are def needed 14 plus hours of watching people come out of batbroom after using their drug of choice" and openly admitting it to strangers....watching people try to hide using 9ther choice drugs and trying ro be descrete...not exactly what id call a safe env foe children...of any age ..they dont even deserve 1 star at this point"

Customer service is good. On my ticket the arrival address was wrong. So I was dropped off downtown Winnipeg by myself with my luggage while people were walking by checking out my luggage while I waited for my ride to drive over. Didn't feel safe. Not very happy.

Was going to catch the bus at the Moose Jaw Station ( Disabled person with a Walker and Bag) Tried to way driver to hold so I could board but as soon as they seen me waving my hands and screaming to stop they continued on the way to Regina and left me stranded!! Never Recommend this Business!!!
