I've always have really great customer service here. Above and beyond what you'd expect. I also really like that they make the lenses onsite (as well as high end professional optics!) - you can tell they all take the care with their product that comes with making it yourself and selling it. Very reasonable prices. I recently picked up a pair of Silhouettes titanium frames; I love the fit and the lenses are super light.

Not the greatest customer service/experience here. Make sure you have a good idea about what you’re looking for before arriving. The prices are decent and the selection of eye wear is pretty solid. It’s an old school business compared to todays current optical market. Not sure I’d return.

I went in factory optical to see if they could fix my sunglasses (I did not purchase them in this store) despite this they took them and fixed within 2 minutes and for free! Vera was so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough.

I traveled here, and of course one of the nose pieces of my eye glasses fell out.I was closed to here, and stopped by - the place is clean, with great selection, and somewhat busyOne of the technicians helped me quickly and she replaced the nose pieces (both) fast and efficientlyI would highly recommend this place (note to self: bring my prescription here in the future)

Incredible Customer service. I had bent the frame on my favorite glasses. They were extremely fragile. I assumed that they were likely ruined. I took them in to see if they could be fixed or not.Within 5 minutes , they were fixed with no cost. Factory Opitcal, you made my day!!! Thank you !

I have been buying glasses here for years. Vera was very helpful today. Great prices and friendly service. I find weekends have more staff. Watch out for store closing a bit before posted time on the weekday and staff rushing you/asking to come.back if too close to closing on weekdays.

I was in a jam because my glasses broke. I brought them to factory optical and they popped the lenses out and put them in another frame in no time at a very reasonable cost.

These 5 stars are for Vera! I went to 4 glasses store to fix my slipping-down problem, but none of them can fully fix it. I've been so uncomfortable that I did not read a new book in 6 months. Vera was able to fix the slipping down problem for me. Thank goodness! I can finally wear these glasses to an important interview without fear(I got the job)! Vera showed me how important it is to be good at your job... and that you truly bless people if you are good. My vision quality is so important to me because I'm an accountant and an artist on the side. Thank you so much! This review is genuine and voluntary. No one at factory optical asked me to write one. They just helped me.

Went in to get a minor repair to my sunglasses. Needed a small pin.Was informed by the attendant that we don’t do that. I was quite willing to pay for the time to do the repair.Given a business card snd told yo go to another optical business in Burnaby. Not helpful.

My family have been going here for years. Nothing but excellent friendly helpful service. This last time there was a problem with the type of lenses received - NOT their mistake. They went out of their way to find out what happened and arranged for new lenses to be ordered (no cost to me) very quickly. Have never had a problem in well over a decade and they were so professional in fixing it as soon as they could.I highly recommend them.
