Fantastic customer service! I forgot to pick up my order so they were forced to throw it out. I went in the next day to apologize and they made me my order and didn't charge me anything extra. I was very impressed! Thank you! And the food is very good, it's KFC you know what you're getting, i like the consistency!

Always love KFC. This location had a very good cook on the chicken. Service was descent and the place was clean.

DO NOT GET FOUNTAIN POP! Black stuff comes out of the machine. Not washed properly so mold come with the pop. Thankfully the cook was very accommodating and replaced it with bottled for me. Thanks Levine!

Excellent little restaurant!I have heard people complain about KFCs but this one gave us great food and wonderful service. Even the bathrooms were spic and span.They had a $5 box special with chicken fingers, popcorn chicken and fries. I added a fountain drink and was completely satisfied.When I was done my meal I asked the young man if I could get a refill? He concurred and told me most restaurants would give a refill if asked. He was just a very pleasant, young man.I am rarely in this part of our province but I will try again someday!

Every time I come here, I'm waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive thru and half the time you're out of something I want to order. The service is always friendly, but good lord, you need some combination of more staff and higher efficiency. I'm filling this out as I wait in the drive thru, you know, since I have the time.

Can't believe how the amazing chicken from Kentucky fried chicken I enjoyed so much as a kid turned into tiny greasy mess they call KFC today. There was so much grease in my chicken, I grabbed it and it shot grease all over my sweater. It took 3 napkins to squeeze some of the grease out of a tiny piece of chicken so small I thought it might be a rare breed of dwarf chicken. I have to say that's my last piece of KFC for a long time. Such a disappointing experience since I loved Kentucky fried chicken and their crispy skin.

Fast service and good food. Very friendly counter and drive through staff. This one has a drive through right on trans-Canada highway 11. Located in the town of Kapuskasing, Ontario. Nice clean washrooms. Small seating area for dine-in, capacity appears to be about 20 person's max

Horrible, always out of regular products like GRAVY???? Food rarely ever fresh. And seem to close on any random Sunday they want and always site closed for maintenance yet not a soul in site from dawn till dusk

Absolutely terrible taste in the foodNo thought at all when making my family's food. Ruined a night for us. Employees rude as always nothing new.What terrible absolutely abysmal work!! why don't we have robot just do it?? Maybe then I'll get what I orders
