Parking lot handicapped not clearly marked. Needs to be repainted.The salt & pepper shakers are gross with huge openings and possible to ruin your meals. These are cheap units sold at Dollar Store. What happened to normal shakers you had ?

A little disappointed with the food, but the staff is very friendly :) a casual hometown feeling diner. For some reason the bathroom stall door was off and sitting on the floor, that was a bit disconcerting. Otherwise an amazing place

Worst meal I have ever had. Firstly, I arrived alone, the restaurant wasn't full and the 2 waitresses on kept asking me of I was waiting for someone. As if going to a restaurant alone isn't uncommon. Some people don't need to be reminded that their single!! It took over 10 mins to be sat at a table. Then I order, never received a glass of water at all. My meal was Luke warm, their was no garnishes on it, hardly any ham on each of the English muffins and it was gross. The hashbrowns were decent but who can screw up thar? The eggs Benny just nasty. I wouldn't recommend coming here for breakfast unless you want a disgusting expensive meal

My breakfast choice tasted great. Service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Sunday morning. Friendly staff. They kept the fresh, hot coffee topped up.

Never taking my family here again. We ordered the same thing and mine was disgusting, sloppy... it looked like someone dropped it then scooped it back up. When I asked them to remake mine to the same quality as the rest, the chef came out and threatened me, standing at the door, gesturing angrily. I told the waitress, and asked for the manager... she giggled shyly and told me there was no manager. We finally had to leave as the cook was acting agitated and aggressive.Smittys YOU ARE LUCKY I was with my Family. Your head office will be contacted and you will be reported on!!!!Update; we just ordered there after years.... here's how to looked!! The 'melted paper' taste isn't actually terrible.

Pictures pretty much tell all about the place. Here with 7 others and only 1 person enjoyed their meal. Wouldn't recommend this Smitty's, there's a McDicks walking distance from here...

Visited your restaurant yesterday. So very disappointed in the service and the food. Have been there before and enjoy but after yesterday will probably not ever go back.We sat for over 30 minutes and finally got up and got our own menus. Then waiting another 10 minutes before someone came to take our drink orders.She may have been new but even so should not have had to ask three times about our order.Then another 10 or 15 minutes before our order is taken.When order came is was wrong and erverything was over cooked and dryHashbrowns were so dry and dark was sent back.Never once did anyone ask us if we wanted refills and bill wasn't brought to the us. When we got up to leave the server was sitting and rolling cutlery but didn't acknowledge us and we actually had to go and ask for bill.We only got things we needed if we grabed servers from other ares for help.Hopefully you Train new people better in the future.Servi e and food were horrible.

Really good breakfast and the food came out very fast and was very delicious, our server we on her second day and did an incredible job!!!
