Sent my daughter a birthday cake and thank you Dan(sorry if it’s the wrong name) for trying your best to hand deliver it. He called my daughter numerous times but my daughter didn’t recognize the number and wouldn’t answer his calls. He even tried to call me but I was busy away from my phone. So we definitely appreciate his efforts to hand deliver the cake. She finally listened to the voice mail he left and got her surprised. Thank you for helping us make her day special.

I had ordered and $80 arrangement for my mothers bird that. Reading the policy of on guarantee time. I had called the location 4 days before delivery to confirm the location address the lady said that they don’t start delivery until noon so if my moms was done work at 13:00 which she was then to provide another location. She said they will try to make it to her work for 13:00 but no guarantee. Sure I understand no problems. THEN on the date of delivery I get a notification it was delivered at 11:30 to her home not her work. This lady is all over the place. I was clear on my communication. I called and asked what the hell was going on. She didn’t even listen, didn’t acknowledge what she did, didn’t admit her mistake.. I’m so upset and disappointed first and last time I am ordering from this location.

My experience with this location was great! The owners were so kind, and went above and beyond to ensure that my delivery was successful. I had asked for specific balloons and they were so accommodating to my request. Everything was so professionally put together and tasted/looked great. They really care about going the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied and it showed! Thank you to Hassan for fulfilling my order!

The arrangement I ordered was delivered same day as promised and the presentation was absolutely beautiful!!My family sent me pics upon arrival.. they were amazed! Freshness and quality was #1 They were just getting over Covid and didn’t feel much like eating.. the arrangement was “Vitamin C” and they found it so refreshing.. expensive But so worth it!! Highly recommend!!
