He is an amazing young man and needs to be promoted and acknowledged for his accomplishments ! Cameron , Hunter and Shannon are equally outstanding customers service reps as well . 10/10 . Shopping at Jump+ in New Sudbury Center on Jan 19/23 - Customer service rep NITUJ was pleasant, knowledgeable & most helpful in assisting us to select accessories for our 2 new iPhone 12. We purchased Nomad Modern Leather cases, glass screen protectors & glass camera lens protectors. We are both seniors with very limited techno knowledge & experience, and NITUJ’s patience in answering all of our questions was most appreciated! And always with a smile & friendly disposition! We also appreciated that he installed these new accessories on our new telephones purchased elsewhere at our service provider. He is a true asset to his employer! Thank you!

Just had occasion to have my wife's ipad looked at for what we thought was a battery issue at the New Sudbury Shopping Centre location. Absolutely excellent service from 2 young women staff. I am sorry we didn't get their names. However, this was a positive experience starting with our phone call and ending with our on site servicer. Took us in immediately, and within 15 minutes had the settings issue (not battery) resolved. Lovely, enthusiastic, helpful staff. Thank you so much.

We dealt with Ruchit at the Sudbury store purchasing a new phone. He was beyond excellent. He explained everything to us and addressed any questions or concerns. As seniors we were very happy with the time and patience he afforded us. Thank you Ruchit. Job well done.

Is there not an option for more stars?!I cannot say enough about my absolute positive experience over the last 24 hrs at this location. Phone destroyed , given a “loner”, phone replaced,…all within 24 hours!!! The amazing service from Evan and Hunter as they held my hand through the upset of my iPhone being destroyed, is beyond words…..let’s just say, a screen full of Gold Stars is just a start. Thank you so very much - “life is good”✌️

Had a worst experience when I took my phone for a battery swap which was quoted for a 2-hour service, which took more than a week to get back which had a new display and fake battery installed. They are the best in sales though as I was left with no choice other than to buy a brand new phone.

I made an appointment to have a battery replaced in my iphone. I called ahead to make sure that they had the battery in stock and to confirm they could complete the repair same day as I live nearly an hour out of town. I said I would wait while they installed it. The person on the phone ensured me this would be no problem.When I arrived on time, I was told they could not do the repair because their technician had to go home suddenly. (I understand people get sick, however they could have called to let me know not to come.) I asked if there was another technician and I was told yes, they could start on my repair but likely wouldn’t be able to complete the repair the same day. I was not offered a loaner phone or any other options to accommodate me. I wasted nearly 2 hours and $30 in fuel driving there for nothing. This is the second time I have attempted to have my battery replaced by this location. I am no longer interested in giving them another chance. They could learn a thing or 2 about customer service. There was no need for me to leave angry.

Enjoyed the service, definitely recommend. Was I able to get my phone fixed they would have had a five.

I am so impressed with the service I received at Jump+ (Sudbury) over the past couple of days. Having the pleasure of dealing with Nituj, Cam, and Shannon made a bad situation so much better. The three staff were knowledgable, patient, and eager to help me solve my dilemma with my laptop. The staff went above and beyond and I will be returning in the future!
