The best broker to deal with concerning all insurances. From the first day I walked in I knew I was at the right place. They make you feel right at home and go above and beyond expectations to meet the customers needs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Ive been trying to get a policy for over a month, been handed off to multiple agents, dealt with unresponsiveness, incorrectly quoted 3 times, with the final being THE DAY my policy started and I was trying to pay. I’ve never felt so scammed and backed into a corner. Save yourself the headache and go absolutely ANYWHERE ELSE!

These people are absolutely amazing. I tried for over 8 months to get commercial load and liability information my old provider. Julie got me covered in less than 3 business days. Ryan in the Prorate department got our trucks and non owned trailer coverage in a matter of an hour. If you need insurance coverage beyond basic ICBC, these are your people.

Warning everyone do not use this Insurance Broker for anything. I repeat DO NOT USE B&W INSURANCE. Lazy, Unprofessional and don't do anything to help you out. Only give you attitude and speak to you with disrespect , but they know how to charge you and take your money .The Manager of Claims his name is Chris couldn't be bothered with what was happened to me and only tried to hurry me off the phone, I guess it was around lunch time. My agent who is no longer there by the name of Katie didn't even want to be bothered, she's also lazy and unprofessional. Thank God I took my business elsewhere and definitely won't be referring anyone there. 0 stars and that's being kind.

Kerri has been amazing in helping with my first rental insurance policy. I was so overwhelmed with the process, but she made it easy to understand what would be best for my needs. She was quick to help, extremely professional, and overall knowledgeable. Highly recommend her and her team for all your insurance needs!

What seemed to me to be a very easy registration and purchase of insurance turned into the event of a lifetime. Between purchasing a new vehicle in Alberta and going through a company name change last year I put both Jewel and Sandy to the test. With ICBC's very strict rules and paperwork errors from the dealer in Alberta the two ladies worked hard on my behalf to help me on my way. In doing so I never laughed so hard or had some one laugh at my situation (me) so hard. They made a difficult situation actually entertaining and fun. Thank you ladies. You deserve more than just a 5 star rating.

Worst insurance company around, renewed my business insurance and they didn’t notify internally of there own company so my property insurance provider threatened to cancel my house insurance unless I closed my company, and then when I told them I wasn’t paying for the business policy because of there mistake they threatened to send me to collections. Stay far away from these crooks
