Sensible II Painting

Such a poor quality of painting ! Old color showed through spots in the ceilings and walls. They did come back and touch up and again a week later. However, we are still doing our own touch up as we see them. The clincher for this review, was I had asked that my hardwood floors be protected. There was an accident with a cat and paint tray and I was told they cleaned off all the paint on the floor . I moved a night stand weeks later and found cat prints covered up by the stand and again paint showing through on the wall. I am still cleaning up paint spots, paw prints on floor and general paint splatters in other rooms. Overall, the paint color looks wonderful and the cut in from one paint color to another was done well. I had asked that the wall paper paste that was showing through in one spot be repaired, and they did a great job on the top half, but did not complete the bottom half. Some of the painting was just laughable, an entryway was painted and rather than remove an item sitting on a door ledge, they painted around it. We ended up painting a second coat on the entryway ourselves. So much of my job was careless, and hurried and this could of been a 5 star if they just looked at their finish work and took their time! I paid a good amount of money for a poor job in my opinion. I would not hire again.

Very professional. They were very caring and accommodating. Work was done in a timely matter. I will definitely use them again.
