Great Customer service. It's very hard to find good after sale customer service in today's marketplace. However, I was truly surprised by the team at Sun Glow who helped and fixed my blinds opening mechanism for no cost even though it has been many years since it was purchased from them. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

I would like to give sunglow a glowing 1 star review after spending extra money to try and get a nicer motorized blind… It has been nothing but problems, about one week after we installed the blind it started not working. Now we have waited 2 months for a battery replacement and in that in between time we could not use the blind… We were offered no compensation or sympathy from the company and this is not to mention all the other issues with the blind sizing. We have about 5 more big windows to do in the house and will not be ordering from them.Reply: Yes a week after the issue but I received the motor a couple days ago which puts the wait time to 2 months. There are still issues and it has been 4 days since I sent two emails regarding programming the motor and again I have received no reply… There is nothing simple with your products or customer service

Got 8 rollers installed in my condo by Sun Glow about 2 months ago and we couldn't be happier. We defined some scenarios using Connector app in order to automatically bring down/up some of the rollers... game changer.

I love the Sun Glow roman blinds for my cottage! I just installed this weekend and they look great! They are exactly the look I was going for. And easy to install!

I put one star because Google won't take a zero star. We placed an order and paid 50% deposit 11 weeks ago and they promised delivery and installation in 3 to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to follow up. They said the quotation was wrong and they had to increase it by 50% more. I agreed and asked them to speed up the order. For the last 7 weeks I've been calling and texting. If they answer, they give a different excuse for the delay. This morning they called to inform me that only 5% of the order was ready for installation. I had no option but to cancel and request my money back.I've never dealt with such a bad company before. They have no respect to their clients. They can not deliver what they promise.There are many good options for window shades in the market. Do not waste your time with this one.

Really bad experience. My dad wanted to order products with them. He tried to negotiate pricing and they denied him of it and proceeded to treat him like he was an unworthy customer. Customers negotiate all the time, you don't need to deny them for it because they negotiated. People can come into terms with a mutual agreement instead of denying them of their service. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the way they treat their customers.

Ask for Myles to install your blinds from Sun Glow. He is friendly and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely go back to Sun Glow for blinds.
