Amazing place, great staff, great food.

Great vibes at this place! One of my friends even teaches art lessons here.

The server and baker gave off a warm, friendly vibe! The atmosphere and décor were super - made me think of fun evenings at the former Staircase!My Americano was super smooth with absolutely no bitterness. Milk and/or sugar are not necessary. The Brownie was vegan and gluten-free: the recipe was clearly engineered and perfected! I could have eaten several and not felt bloated!Relay @The Staircase has a new fan!

I recently visited RELAY Coffee Roasters on the Staircase, and I was blown away by the quality of the coffee and the service. The atmosphere of the shop was cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options and a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home.The coffee itself was delicious, with a range of high-quality blends to choose from that were expertly roasted and prepared by the skilled baristas. The food options were also great, with plenty of delicious pastries and snacks to pair with your coffee.One thing that really stood out to me was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about coffee, taking the time to explain the different blends and brewing methods to me and answering any questions I had.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at RELAY Coffee Roasters and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a cozy atmosphere. It's definitely one of the best coffee shops in Hamilton!

Always a great experience at Relay and the staircase location is no different! Every drink is always tasty and the renos they did inside make the place light up. Glad this spot is on my way to work!

Best part of this cafe is definitely the atmosphere. Chill and relaxed, it's a great spot to study or just enjoy some coffee. The breakfast sandwiches were okay, neat that the bread is substituted with waffles!

Really good coffee and waffles! Got the maple iced latte and the vanilla iced latte for drinks, and the berries waffle… so so good. Waffle was light but still sweet. They were also giving some samples away, so my bf and I got this passionfruit tea i think, and this oat espresso drink… i think. We also got this caramel brownie and the chocolate hip cookie as samples, the brownie was too good - very chewy and delicious. Staff members were so nice too, would love to go back!

Beautifully decorated, extremely friendly and courteous owners and staff, definitely coming here as often as I can!
