Charlie's first time coming along to pick up her food.We had the royal store tour and the staff were so kind and helpful!

When I need a new pair of wranglers, cowboy boots or a high quality shirt, Cowtown is the go to. The staff are very helpful, friendly and will get you the perfect fit. When I go to Cowtown I feel like a kid in a candy shop, it's truly an amazing place.

Great selection of dog food for any dogs needs. They have a feeder program as well that gets you a free bag after so many purchases! Staff are very friendly and I have never had any issues shopping here.

The store is very clean, I love that they allow animals in the store. Staff are friendly and courteous. I also appreciate their food purchase program. Every time you purchase a bag of cat or dog food it is recorded and once you reach 10 or 12 depending on the brand you get a free bag of food. That is a great incentive and helps customers save a few bucks in this economy. Thanks Cowtown, we appreciate you.

Purchased jeans from here yesterday and when I got home realized they didn’t fit quite like the ones in store. I brought them back today and after telling me to go find other jeans, I get to the front and am surrounded by 4 workers, who then berate me and tell me they were washed and worn, argued that they smelt like fabric softener and told me I can’t return them. I said the fit was different in store and the woman rudely told me that there’s no way they would, even though yesterday she told me that jeans could be off on measurements.The jeans were not washed at all. They got folded and put into my dresser drawer with my other clothes until my wife got home. Not only am I mad that they’d let me shop around for an hour before telling me, but also surrounding me at the counter, by other shoppers and then arguing with me and accusing me of lying. This is ridiculous and I’ll gladly be calling the corporate office

Great selection of dog food, overwhelming actually. We’ve been customers there for about 3 years and I have to say the customer service is terrible, nobody seems to know anything about the products they sell. If and I mean a big if you can find someone to help you they grab the bag off the shelf and read off it! Really? I could of done that. The lack of customer service and knowledge lead us to go to a different retailer, very happy that we did! Better hours, knowledgeable staff, and friendly staff. Cowtown needs to invest more time into properly trading the staff, especially when so many questions are nutrition/health based and they are clueless.

I have always found good service here until today. I went in to get pet food to find the shelf empty. when I tried to find a staff to inquiry with the only person on the floor was with a rep. so I went to the till, when I was finally able to peel her off her phone to help me, she indicated the inventory was showing a negative so she wasn’t sure. then she said “the pet food staff is with a rep and everyone else is busy so …”I went to the pet food staff and waited for her to be done helping another customer. She was then too busy with the reps to help me.What stock comes in is beyond their control, I understand. However, at the very least perhaps you could offer to call when the food comes in or offer a different sized bag of the same food. (which I found after a long search)FYI I started phoning around and a staff from Pet Valu helped me find the food at a different store (not pet valu) Thank you to that staff for putting in a little effort to help me locate food for my dogs.which all works out as the food is cheaper at the other store. as were the treats I normally buy.

Great store to shop in. Love the style and quality of clothing. The staff are very knowledgeable and so friendly. If your looking for western apparel, I highly recommend Cowtown.

Was trying to find jeans with my 8 month old in tow. Walked into the clothing section and asked where womens jeans were and the girl just pointed to the back where there are multiple shelves of men's and women's. I had no idea what was what, nobody was helping me and its very overwhelming when you have no idea where to start. I had to leave the change room multiple times with my daughter, rummage through piles to find more sizes, then go try them on again. Tried on probably 15 pairs of jeans before I was sick of it and my daughter was fussy so I just left with nothing. Very disappointed in customer service. Went to Lammles and with their help bought the 3rd pair I tried on.
